Jack Pirtle Fried Chicken — Restaurant in Memphis

0k....... So I placed an order at this location a few days ago. I was asked to pull forward and my order would be out in 20 minutes. It was more like 40 minutes - after I made it home which is not in the area to eat I discovered that I couldn't eat because the gizzards were so rubbery and tough. I immediately called the restaurant that day and also the next day to speak with a Manager about replacing my order and no one ever answered the phone at all. So I had to go back to Memphis so I went back with my receipt and the Manager asked did I speak to someone - how can I talk to anyone when the phone just ring and no one ever answeres the phone " EVER". Then she asked for the food REALLY!!!!!!!. With Coronavirus still on the rise. Needless to say she wouldn't replace my order. They should try answering the phone and perhaps this type of mixup can be resolved at that time on how to resolve any mishaps so the Customer can be happy and not lose any...

spent $50 for family meal. They forgot the potatoes. I drove back to the location at Hollywood and Jackson. To let them know. And the cashier and the rest of the service crew began to doubt that what I was telling the true and did not want to give me my family potatoes that I paid for at a price of $50 for a meal pack. Meanwhile my families at the house waiting to start dinner. The cashier also kept conversating in third person to the fact about why I was there. Stating all the things that she would do. And pretty much F**k the customers. She also refused to produce the receipt that I gave her stating my claim in regards to the meal that I had paid for. I did decided to leave the store without my receipt and with my potatoes. Thank God for that. I'll 'NEVER" spend my hard-earned money at Jack...

Went to 3 Jack Pirtles. Thomas/Chelsea had no chicken, liver or gizzards. The employees was laughing and playing around. Employees had no customer service skills at all. Pull up to the window Cashier stated, " What you going to order". Knowing good well they had no chicken. Poplar/Cleveland closed early. Male employee was nice advised us they was out of everything and closed early. Jackson/Hollywood had plenty of chicken. They didn't had bread for sandwiches, no foot long hotdogs, no gizzards or liver. We was able to get chicken after a 45 min wait. They was very slow and when we received our chicken we was very disappointed. Totally waste of...
