Yomama — Restaurant in Memphis

Went here tonight and this place was cool.

Never got my receipt, couldnt confirm price, will confirm tomorrow. If it really was 9 or 10 bucks for the 10 piece combo it's a good deal.

The ranch tasted pretty weird, so i didnt eat it.

Fries are thick crinkle cut. Could use more seasoning, but theyre good. Wings were crispy good, and sometime soft good, and sometimes a little tougher. All the meat pulled off. But it was a good price for the meal. The hot sauce wasnt as hot as i was afraid it might be, closer to a mild, but tasty.(i came with a stuffy nose trying to clear it with spicy food, lol)

People working there were patient and kind.

The other customers were a hoot, made it a vibe.

They have good nugget ice for your drinks.

Jackson grill just opened up a while back up the street, but they stopped their good wing deals, so i saw something on facebook about yo mama and decided to try it. Like i said, not the most premiumest best stuff, but very good for the price(ill check it tomorrow), and everyone...

The food is amazing BUT, the customer service and atmosphere sucks! I don't know who's running this place but I waited almost 30 minutes for my food because THEY were calling out the wrong name. I literally gave my husband's name(a common name) that the girl wrote down in her own handwriting. We're sitting there waiting, and she's saying a name that sounds NOTHING like his. After about 15 minutes of waiting I go ask and she says she was saying his name. No, you weren't. It's cold, raining, and you don't allow people inside so we wait our in the rain under a canopy. Other than the service being mediocre, the food was good. If you like peppery burgers and decent wings, you can't beat 2...

Pretty decent for a late night spot. The prices are good but you def get what you pay for. I ordered the yo mama burger and fries with a drink which was 5$ which I thought was a steal.

It was a lot of people out there and the food did take a while but I thought that was fine because everything would be cooked to order.

Finally my food came out and my fries was cold and my burger was sloppy made and had wayyyy to much sauce which made my bread soggy. But the patty was cooked to perfection. Very well seasoned.

But I guess that was okay because I still only paid 5$.
