Dixie Queen — Restaurant in Memphis

This is the worst Dixie queen in Memphis. They messed up my order and wouldn't replace it even tho I had the receipt. I stopped by on my lunch. When I got to work, I realized my sandwich was wrong. I called the store and explained that I was at work and couldn't come back. The young lady I spoke to said, "Fine, come back when you get off work." I told her it would be right at 5 pm. She said okay. When I arrived, the lobby was closed, so I went thru the drive thru. I explained to the woman on the speaker what happened and why I was back. The woman told me she didn't know anything about my order or that I would return. I said no problem. I have the receipt. She said that was 1st shift and she couldn't do anything. And that I should've come back and I explained I was at work. And then we began to argue. And then she just stopped responding to the speaker. So I went to the door. And the woman is just sitting in the lobby. Mind you, I was the only customer on the lot. We continue to argue. I'm like, what's so hard about giving me another sandwich when I have the receipt. This woman was rude, unprofessional, and belligerent, which cause me to he the same... all over a freggin sandwich they messed up and I had the receipt for. This...

Today is June 26 2025.I frequently visit this location, because I love the wings I always get a 20piece season only.Well tonite Im done I ask for my wings not to be fried hard and I get home and they are cook hard as hell.So I call ther only to complain because there is nothing I can do.So whoever answer the phone said my I help you, so once I started talking she gave the phone to the cook I assume, never said hold on or nothing.So the cook comes to the phone with an attitude like I did something wrong.I immediately told her don't even worry about it.So this ain't the first time service has been so bad.By not given me what I paid for.but Im patronizing this location atleast 3times Aweek spending $27 and som change.But Im done, know more, that is exactly how business go out of business.Im spending my own money and they have and attitude with me .This is something I don't even do write a review but I hope the owner see it because my money or somebody else money once it stop there out of business.Its so hard to find good help and family ain't always the best choice because they feel like they are doing you a favor but you pay them.Try this location...

The ladies in there are super nice and fast. The cook in the back is a really good cook. Everything is always hot and fresh. Tried every flavor hotwing and they're all fire, super dog combos are deep fried and super fire try that and big. Cheese burgers are fresh with everything on them. Season fries and sweet tea are on point too (Arnold Palmer style)!! If you want somewhere really good for lunch and in the area come here. Very clean, friendly, fast, fresh food place to eat.
