Best Wings of Memphis — Restaurant in Memphis

I don’t know how to start because the first time I went everything was AMAZING ! Me and my girls went for lunch and the food and service was really good. The first time I went l was on a Friday and it was extremely crowded but we got our food, it was fresh, and everything was good !! Today we visited and the service was HORRIBLE ON TOP OF US SEEING ROACHES ! The lady in front of me start stomping and I thought she was imitating stomp the yard but she was killing a roach 🪳 right in front of the cash register then the old man and the old lady where so rude and impatient and should not run the front! Their attitudes are horrible I was very disappointed! My lady friend had just got her food and she was trying to cover the roach and ask someone to pick it up but the old man Rudely asked her to move and get her food together somewhere else as if they where crowded but to be rude and you have roaches is INSANE ! When I got my food I did not get to enjoy it after seeing the critters.. very unacceptable and honestly I feel like I should have never returned back to spend my money and not I should have enjoyed my first experience and never returned but since it was so good I came back because I love to eat and I love good food with a great experience but this go around I received nun of the above !! My family and I have been loyal customers to Best Wings of Memphis at the Summer and also the Elvis Presley stores for years. I must admit that the quality of the food of all things has gone from excellent to downright dangerous and criminal. This makes the second time that we've found paper chopped up, mixed in with the the slaw, and served to us the patrons of this establishment. Both of these incidents has occurred at the Summer location. We are really afraid to attempt another visit to this restaurant. Best Wings of Memphis, you're risking not only the lost of many loyal customers, but lawsuits as well. My suggestion to your establishment is to be careful with your food preparation. I would prefer to wait a few extra minutes for my food order than to be choked by foreign matter in my meal....

I hate this restaurant is such a strong choice of words but the service is horrible and the owner of the restaurant is supposed to be a pastor and he has the worst attitude and they over charge you and say that it's because of how you pay (cash or card) , they give you a fair amount of food but the best thing in the restaurant is the tartar sauce and you get so little of it you have to ask for more and there not giving away nothing they charge you as much as the drinks are for more tartar sauce also the parking is the worst of the whole experience on top of that the homeless people in the area come in and steal the stuff that is in the lobby line and hide behind and starts to eat it.
