KFC — Restaurant in Memphis

I ordered thirteen 2pc combos at 11a to be ready by 2p. All legs & thighs. I arrived at 1:45p, the order was not ready. The manager on shift told me they were about to pull the chicken up. 5 minutes later she brought me two big boxes of assorted chicken and a box of biscuits. I informed her that I ordered 13 individual meals and she brought me 13 unfolded boxes and told me to put the chicken in the boxes myself because there were only 2 people working. She then brought me a box full of fries, I again told her I needed 13 individual meals as these were not all going to the same location. I then had to box the individual meals with the chicken, biscuits, and fries myself. That's when I discover wings and breasts included with my order. I then had to ask several times for my drinks, napkins, condiments, and straws. The manager then told me next time I need to call ahead to make sure they...

DO NOT GO HERE. The last time I went here, I was told that they "dont got no chicken". Same as the Wendy's next door, I've been the only car in line and waited at the speaker here once. Most times I could never order what I'd like Especially the last time, ha, I cried laughing. The food btw is dispicabley horrible. I see why they didn't have chicken, it usually taste like dirty soap rags. While the chicken meat is firm and stiff, the chicken skin resembles wet paper machè. The soggiest and most unpleasant. Absolutely disgusting. So funny how it tastes as if the "workers" cleaned the counters with the food itself. Instead of fried chicken, its tastes like the chicken was soaked in water, then popped in a microwave. It's a disgrace honestly how you business owners allow atrocity. I suppose it will never change though, but I will. This location should be put in jail for false...

I ordered 2 3 piece dark meat only meals. I paid$13.11 at 6:20 pm. To a Ashley who was drive thru cashier. . Who I specifically asked before I ever pulled up to the window to pay did they have dark meat.. she said we always have dark meat. And I said well you didn't have any last time. My ticket number is 2286 and I wish I could post these pictures of the white meat NOT dark as I specifically asked for.. and a very old hard I am hoping is a chicken nugget in my fries.. I also called and whoever answered the phone immediately put me on hold before I could utter a word. After 20 minutes i hung up And I have called over 12 times since I hung up and the line has been busy each time.. yet they close at 11pm... I don't even want to give it one star.. but I had to to give this review. This not the first time tnis service has been horrible I just was to tired...
