KOCO LOCO — Restaurant in Memphis

I have come hear twice . I love the service from the time I go in till I leave I’m welcomed and the environment is comfortable . I like this about local stores who have services like theirs and know how to talk to customers in a great way . I recommend all their homemade ice creams , mangonada and Elote with tostitos with cueritos that are made hear but also if you like nutritious drinks the vampire is bomb I would recommend ice though to make it more refreshing and for the vegetables to be cleaned bc I notice when my vampire drink was being made how the carrots were a bit bad it had black spots hear and their . I’m ok with it bc I know it happens but I would prefer for my fresh drinks to have the veggies cleaned out before making my drinks by clean out I mean peel the carrots when it has bad spots at least so it can look much better on the place . I must say that for my first time going inside an authentic Mexican ice cream shop in addition to La Michoacana, I was very impressed with how delicious the ice cream turned out to be. I love that Koco Loco uses real fruits because as someone who was once diagnosed with borderline pre-diabetes, I get nervous eating desserts without fruits inside of them.

While I wouldn’t go out of my way to pay around $8 for ice cream every time I get out, overall, if you’re craving for a sweet, healthier dessert, then I recommend giving Koco Loco a shot.

I waited a few days to write this review… I found this little gem a few weeks ago. They have the BEST strawberries and crema in town. I was so excited to try them out, I brought my family to the spot & treated them all to these wonderful treats. I started to come in regularly just for the strawberries.
