If I could give 0 stars I really would. Worst experience I have had at a fast food establishment in a long time. Decided to stop on my way to work for a sunrise combo no egg. I will sum it up. Girl at the window was run. Once I got to the pay window and paid she rudely and quickly said "Go around" and shut the window. Go around where? So I waited there until she returned to give me direction. She then told me to pull by the door. Better because I don't read minds. I pulled to the door and decided to go in to speed the process up. Once inside I was greeted by stares of other people inside who appeared to be "waiting". One lady even gave me the uncomfortable look. There were also a few customers in line waiting to be served. The cashier was a bit rude to one of the older gentleman as his struggled to give his order. The manager asked me my order on a few occasions. No one seemed to have any urgency about the people waiting, taking orders or anything. While I waited I asked for napkins and ketchup. I asked for them again and then a 3rd time. The manager told the same rude young lady from the window to get me napkins. After about 10-15 minutes (added on to the 5-7 minutes prior drive thru time), I finally got my order no napkins. I was frustrated at this poinu and didn't worry about it. Because I was running late for work I pulled my sandwich out to eat before work only to see a long hair on my sandwich. I bust a u turn to fast and took the bag inside. It was a few minutes before being acknowledged. At this point I just wanted a refund. The manager came to register and I kept telling her to look in my bag. I wanted her to see. After my 3rd request, as she was processing my refund , she finally looked and replied that she didn't make it as if that mattered. Once done she asked me where the drink was. I told her I would gladly return their drink as well, which I failed to snatch up as I was moving so fast to return this mess. I’m being a little biased by giving them two stars when I would just give them one. Please look at your receipt when you ask for specific items always ask them to repeat that to you so you’re not overcharged for what they’re giving you! Some of these folks are scammers and will upsell you anything but you will not get what you’ve requested! I requested a large fry last Friday and was told I had the correct size the box was yellow the sizes are different colors small is white medium is yellow large is red! You charge me an extra $.30 for a medium and an extra $.90 for roadie that I never asked for. Today I was charged for a large tater tot and received a small bag of tater tots/hashbrowns why would I want a small order and you charge me for a large order?! There is a scam give a person what they ask for in the size asked for. I was prepared to get my entire order refunded and not return to this location iPad better experience with the new managers because they wanted to take their time and training their employees. At this point their employees are charging customers for what they’re not receiving. And a Nother person wrote a review saying they received a lot of onions I also received a lot of onions on...

DO NOT COME TO THIS KRYSTAL'S. EVER!!!

I placed a mobile order at 3:00. I got there at 3:05. First off, the parking lot is ALL potholes! Unless you are driving a Bronco or Jeep, you will tear your car up! So I get to the speaker and tell them I placed an online order. They said pull around to the front door. I stopped at the window on purpose. A girl said "can you pull around to the front door." I knew then this was going to be an unpleasant experience.

So I pulled around to the front door.

And I waited.

And waited.

AND WAITED.

Finally at 3:25 a girl came out and handed me a bag. No thank you, no sorry for the wait, no anything. She just stuck out my bag like she couldn't wait to get rid of it.

I waited 20 minutes for my order. 3 Krystals. That was it.

Two double cheese, one bacon cheese. That's it.

IT TOOK 20 MINUTES FOR THREE KRYSTALS!!!
