The person who took our order was awful. First of all we thought it was closed because no one acknowledged us at the drive through for more than several minutes, we ended up pulling off to leave and we finally hear someone on the microwave dryly saying, " go ahead with your order". She didn't say, sorry about that, Hello, how can I help you, or anything. After we placed our order, she didnt give is the total we were told to come to the window. When we got to the window, we sat there for more than several minutes, we saw 3 workers come to the drive through area. Neither opened the window to greet us or give us the total. After about 5 minutes, we had to get the drive thru cashier's attention to come to the window. She seemed to be very unconcerned and bothered that we needed her. We wanted to know the total because we were getting it for my son and he was on the phone and wanted to know how much to cashap me to pay for it for him. The drive thru cashier's facial expression was like she maybe wanted to go home or that someone made her mad. I was shocked that workers were in the restaurant long as it took for someone to acknowledge us at the drive thru. No Customer Service, No sense of urgency, No enthusiasm. I experience this with the younger generation, like 20 and younger. But the ladies I saw were way older than 20. When I got the order, I noticed there weren't any napkins so we got her attention to open the window again to ask for napkins. To our surprise one of the lady's we saw at in there was a manager. She needs more training too. She was one of the three was saw when we first got there, no one said anything about the delay nor did they try to acknowledge us at the window. When I asked the cashier for the napkins, I could hear the manager say, "I told you about that". I was tickled because someone needs to tell all them about Customer Service, Customers and the entire order process. She didn't' even say thank you when she gave our order or...
Read moreEdit 12-15-23 Just when you get use to this taco bell being opened they locked up the dining room again. This is frustrating, again it's December 2023 not 2020.
Update 6-21‐22 Snafu
update 8-18-21 Last time they let me in I was assured that truck drivers were always allowed in the dinning room & to use the restroom, even going so far as to get me to do the tell the bell survey with all high marks only to not be allowed in again since, I'm done. this will never end until it. I will no longer even try this location until all the covid nonsense is far behind us. I will only spend my money at places that are part of the solution, not part of the problem.
updated 8-13-21 less than 24 hours after I was told that even if the dining room was closed they'd still let truck drivers in to eat & wash up. I was once again told the dining room was closed and to dodge cars in the drive thru and eat in a hot truck with unwashed hands.
edit 5-7-21
this is actually a decent taco bell, however there in no rhyme or reason to when they decide to open their dinning room or not. either open or close the place. I'm done giving money to anyhere that won't let me in to wash my hands. I'm done dodging cars to walk up to the drive thru to order. they've blamed it on the commievirus, they've blamed it on lack of staffing. they have a self check out kiosk how many more employees does it take? it's not about "health"...
Read moreI ordered via the Taco Bell app. The food took an hour to arrive, I wasn't worried about that. When the delivery driver arrived, I received one crushed bag and no beverages. There were so many stickers on the bag I had to basically ruin the bag to find out that only two things I ordered and two things I didn't order arrived. I was missing 90% of my order. I'm pregnant and was having a major craving, so I ugly cried. My husband and I then drove half an hour to that store to get the items we orders and to bring back the order we received. I explained the issue to the cashier in drive thru, handed her the jacked up bag, and the receipt. After I explained she called me a liar and slammed the window. We sat there not sure what was going on, not knowing if we were going to get the order we paid for. After about 5 minutes, she opened the window and threw a bag at me. I said thank you as she slammed the window shut. I'll never order Taco Bell again, if I have a pregnancy craving for it I'll just make tacos at home. I cried all the way home. There was no cause for any of that. I was polite and very calm. I didn't blame anything on the cashier, but she took it personal. I just wanted the food I paid for, that...
