I recently went about 2 weeks ago. Their system seemed to have been having problems but that’s just what I observed. They rang me up, and I paid, it said approved. Then their system stopped working. I told them it went through and she said she couldn’t confirm that so she charged me again. There was a bald old man with a collard shirt there eating chips just watching (all 3 times I went up there for this situation) He seemed to mab be above her. Well the card I paid was from my son’s summer school program so it was EBT. I called and it showed they charged me twice and they basically called me a liar because I didn’t have it on a banking app, said to come back and prove it. I came back a week later, they made me wait about an hr standing holding my baby. They never apologized for the inconvenience and made it seem like I was begging for money.. I’ve shopped at their other locations for many years but after the attitude they gave me and not having any empathy for the inconvenience on their part I will never be...

I finally stepped into the store after about a year since I moved back. The quality truly has decreased. The workers are not the same and also no one can help you if you don’t speak Spanish. I understand but you can’t possibly expect sales If I don’t know what I’m buying. I’m guessing the young girl that spoke perfect English quit because I just could not communicate with anyone properly. I appreciated that young lady because she was always helping us people who spoke English out. I’m guessing that was their only fluent English and Spanish speaker because that young girl was all over the place. She was really sweet and pretty but the only English speaking employee. Good for her I can tell she was worked to the bone but it would be nice to have someone that can help me while shopping. I hope next time I go back there’s someone that can...

For starters, it smells amazing in there! Today was my first trip and I was very impressed by the cleanliness, organization, variety of foods plus the employees were kind and helpful, I opted for the seasoned taco meat, fresh verde salsa, house-made chips. The meat selection was AMAZING as were our nachos for dinner tonight. They also have a hot food bar, fresh pork rinds, tortillas and fresh produce....
