Piccadilly — Restaurant in Memphis

So some of the staff there are not charging correctly. Especially, this lady with extremely short hair, black, heavier, late 30s to mid 40s, 5'3. She was already corrected on what the price should be on a particular item and then the next time I come she tried to over charge me again and she wasn't even the cashier that day. She stood behind the lady that was actually doing the cashiering and instructing her on what to charge, knowing full well that it was the wrong price. Most people try to do things right once they have been redirected, but she continues to try and cheat me. That means it's deliberate. You shouldn't try to hurt people simply, because everything they have is unavailable to you. It's not my fault that I live a easier or more financially fortunate life and more emotionally whole life than you do. Not that finances contribute to emotional well being, but I just happened to enjoy the benefits of both. And I think my appearance my also contribute to your obvious jealously as well. I'm not saying that I'm a looker, but in her eyes, she seems me far ahead of her. You shouldn't punish people simply because you just so happened to notice that they're happy with themselves. The food was good but nothing special. The service was horrible. I was with my 6- yr- old daughter who could not carry her own tray. The hostess called twice for assistance to carry one of our two trays. I was told that our server would provide straws for our drinks but no server ever checked on us at any point during our 30 minute stay.. when I finally flagged down a passing server for a straw my daughter was mostly done with her drink. The only reason we stayed 30 minutes was that I was hoping for a server to come by so I could get a box for my daughter's unfinished chicken tenders and roll. I finally got tired of waiting for a server who never showed and took her plate up with me to the cashier. The cashier looked a bit horrified when I asked for a box but didn't miss a beat and got me a box. I told her there wouldn't be any tip as there was no server. I paid over $18 for the two of us and considering the lack of service that was $8 too much. I think that could very well be our first and last visit. Went to this location on last night for dinner. There is a sign on the main door that states; if it's before 7pm you have to go around to the "To Go" entrance. So that is what I did. I ordered the bake chicken in which they didn't have anymore on the line, was told that more would be out in about 30 minutes. I replied Ok. When standing on the side, there was another customer who was waiting on chicken also and her stated that he'd been waiting for 1 hour, so we continue to wait as another 30 minutes goes by. I ask the manager, how long do now before it comes out. He says another 40 minutes, by this time I'm livid. I walk out but before I do I clearly let the manager know that corporate will be receiving a phone call in regards to this. If they are aware of how long it takes chicken to cook it should be on a rotation bases of baking, so they want run out. The manager had no people skills, he didn't care one way or another.
