I ordered a footlong turkey and cold cut combo. I came back because the cold cut meat tasted funny. I only took 1 bite from the sandwich. I brought the entire sandwich back and was told "there is nothing I can do to fix it". I asked for the sandwich to be remade the same way and was told no. The server (has glasses) then told me they would not refund the purchase either. I normally frequent this location however if making sure the customer is satisfied is not their priority, then I refuse to give them my money anymore. If I can give zero stars I would! Because I ordered the promo they refused to put the right amount of meat on it and they refused to fix it! Then they said take your sandwiches and don’t come back I told them no I don’t want these sandwiches so either fix it, then they went as far as trying to claim that I took meat out of the sandwich which is insane to me that they said that to me and they refused to fix it and they also refused to offer a refund my money. I went there tonight to get a flatbread sandwich but was told they were out of flatbread. I could CLEARLY see it in the bread cart, though! The girl was rude about saying they were out of it, too!
