I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the rice on the Chicken Burrito I was served during my visit to your restaurant Taco Bell 3045 Covington Pike Memphis TN. This was my second time stopping at this location, and unfortunately, it has turned out to be a significant disappointment. I ordered a Chicken Burrito, while paying a young lady ran up to the window and said they were out of rice, someone else came and told her they did have rice. When I arrived home I was shocked to find that the Burrito was filled with dried out very hard rice. Additionally, I tried to remove the hard rice from the inside of the Burrito, it turned out to be unappetizing and a big mess of dried up rice mixed with other ingredients. The quality of the food served was far below acceptable standards. This experience was completely unsatisfactory and unacceptable. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these quality control issues to prevent such experiences for other customers in the future. Didn’t waste my time calling them they knew what they served me.

I'm not a frequent customer of Taco Bell, but this will be the absolute LAST time I enter this establishment. My food was prepared, and the bag was literally thrown on the counter without so much as a hello from the young man who prepared it, and he walked away. Another young man asked who needed a cup, and the first gentleman stated, "Give it to him!" with a point. That gentleman placed the cup beside the bag and walked away without saying a word. So I waited for 10 minutes to be called to retrieve my order. That's when the 1st gentleman asked, "What is he waiting for?" So I addressed him and asked,"Are you asking what I'M waiting on? The lady whom I assume is managing the shift intervened and started explaining that the thrown bag was, in fact, my order. Had my kids not specifically asked for Taco Bell, I would have demanded a refund. This level of disrespect for themselves and for the customer is absolutely unacceptable. This entire shift needs to be retrained. ASAP.

When I went through the drive through it was extremely fast. They had really kind people working and my aunt and I were laughing with them about random things but they were extremely kind. They got the entire order correct even my aunt who's was extremely longer than my list of items. But overall it was great considering how terrible most fast food places are with there line in the drive through, employees, prices, or something. This place was great and also has a menu that is big enough to read anything on, and instead of just calories instead of a price (mcdonalds I'm looking at you) they actually at least say it clearly.

When I went through the drive through it was extremely fast. They had really kind people working and my aunt and I were laughing with them about random things but they were extremely kind. They got the entire order correct even my aunt who's was extremely longer than my list of items. But overall it was great considering how terrible most fast food places are with there line in the drive through, employees, prices, or something. This place was great and also has a menu that is big enough to read anything on, and instead of just calories instead of a price (mcdonalds I'm looking at you) they actually at least say it clearly.

We ordered online HOPING that maybe if the staff saw the order in print that they would get it right for once. They shorted us half the order. There was a line behind us and the bag was sealed but we asked him several times if the order was complete and he said yes, so we drove forward. Got home he shorted us my Mom's entire meal . She called and was real nice to the server and he hung up in her face. He was so rude. It's clear that they weren't following Covid guidelines either, so maybe it's best that my Mom didn't eat anything from There. I'd be very careful because you'll get ripped off, and probably get Covid too, if you eat at the Covington Pike Taco Bell. It used to be good. IDK... Update: I've ordered online twice since that last review that was 5 months ago. And both times when I got there they didn't have it. The first time they didn't have any food to make the order that had already been paid for online and the second time they didn't receive the mobile order at all even though I had already been charged for it. They could not tell me how to get a refund, or what to do at all for that matter, both times. No number to call, no manager to talk to or anything.The guy had no clue what he was doing and just kept saying "uh uh uh try to cancel it" even though we repeatedly told him that we had tried and it would not cancel, it just kept saying check in at drive through. This was after we waited in a line that was all the way around the building just to be told that they didn't have our order. This Taco Bell needs to be shut down! Nobody has a clue what they are doing, their food is nasty, and they are all rude as hell! I would never have gone back again had it not been for the fact that it is the only one open when I get off work and am tired and starving! After working all day delivering people food that is in great shape, still hot, and the right order, because I make sure of it, I do not understand why I get food that is never even the right food if I get it any food at all! I ended up having to order it again at the speaker and pay for it again. And I probably won't get my money back until I raise hell with corporate. This home debacle took almost 2 hours! I will say it again! This place needs to be shut down immediately! Either that or put under New Management and completely...

I ordered from this location today. I ordered almost $30 worth of food for myself, husband, and daughter. First off, when I got to the window, the young lady that was there was not pleasant. I ordered(for myself)2 chipotle ranch grilled chicken burritos and neither had tomatoes, avocado sauce, or chipotle ranch sauce. I called to ask for a remake and was told to bring them back. I was certainly not happy because I was exhausted from work and hungry but I understand that things happen. I went back to the window and the same young lady was there with the same unpleasant attitude. A young man came to the window and asked if I was there for the grilled burrito remake, I said yes. I asked if they could give me a receipt because they did not give me one on the first trip and I wanted to add it to my app so that I could get my points. I assumed they put it in the bag but they didn’t. I did split pay, 20 in cash and 9 and some change with by Apple Pay. The young lady immediately said ā€œI can’t reprintā€ but the young man asked if I knew the time that I was there and he could try to find it. I appreciated the fact that he at least offered. He tried and after about 1min I told him to not worry about it and I thanked him for at least trying. I also asked the young lady if I could have a mango tea with no ice because the freeze I had melted. She gave me a tea with ice. I ignored it and just said thank you, she replied with uh huh and closed the window. She did the same thing the first time I was there before the complications. I said thank you and she said uh huh. I got my food and it still wasn’t good. I was there yesterday and ordered the same thing, it was absolutely fantastic. It looked as if it was from a commercial and tasted even better and the service was fantastic. Today, it felt as if I went to a different location but it wasn’t. I was first there today...

I always give benefits of the doubt when it comes to food industry. It’s hard, and I recognize that. One way that things have gotten easier across the board is mobile ordering. By mobile ordering, we eliminate the miscommunication between me and the person taken the order.

Now, it’s just on the service crew to prepare the order as instructed. More often than not, the customized items (subbing in lettuce or removing rice or whatever) are always right, however simple things like Chips and Cheese are left out every time. Or perhaps it’s just cheese, or maybe just chips. I don’t expect a lot out of Taco Bell ever, standards are low, but this time we checked our meal, and noticed the chips and cheese were lacking in our order. It had already been 20 min waiting, but we want our full order of what we paid for for once, and we pull back in line for another 20 min. Note: it’s not that many vehicles in line at all, maybe 4 in front of us. We get to the speaker, I explain briefly, we picked up our order and missed the Chips and Cheese, she let me know to pull up. No hassle on either me or her, cool. Wait time now hits 40 min total and we get the Chips and Cheese, I was going to ask for another Baja Blast for the inconvenience and wait of everything, but when she handed me the rest of my order, she rolled her eyes and acted like I had inconvenienced her.

I just want to take this moment to recognize that I will never ever politely ask for my full order again from this Taco Bell, and that in the future, when I order and get it incorrect/missing things every time moving forward, I will just deal with it as I don’t want to inconvenience the Staff who make sure my order is wrong. Super sorry team! Please take my money as donations every time in the future as you have...
