My 1st visit to this location was absolutely HORRIBLE!! The young people working here DO NOT uphold Starbucks reputation at all. I stood at the counter without being greeted while the 4 of them chatted away. I KNEW one of the 2 young men talking right in front of me would be my order taker. I placed my order & took a seat to finish some work on my laptop. He upgraded my cup bc of time waited. The 2 young men & 2 young ladies got so LOUD I had to wave frantically to get them to quiet down so that I could be heard on my BUSINESS call!! I apologized, so embarrassed to my client. The music was louder than usual & they were extremely loud over the music playing, talking about their personal lives etc. I even heard a curse word. There was 1 quiet, professional young lady named Myla that was never around them, possibly working drive through. I sat a while working & she gave me a treat,which I will give to my child. I know she must feel out of place working with such a crowd. I know they're learning & I tried to show these kids grace, but an hour of this was to much for this...
   Read morePLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ THIS...( What I have learned ). Upon visiting this new location, our experiences have been overall great. However, there are some customers that are impatient and rude. We have to understand that a lot of these employees are still in the ' learning phase ' of their job, and mistakes are going to happen. We have to remain patient, loving, kind, understanding, supportive, and uplifting to the workers so that their confidence is well grounded enough to be able to give great customer service to us. Try speaking encouraging words, maybe try to offer them a hug, and speak kindly to them when they get an order wrong. Most of the time they will appreciate the kind gesture. As life throws all of us into a frenzy at times, everyone should still try to stay humble, polite, and put forth the effort to treat others as well as ourselves with respect while going about our day. Lastly, if everyone tries to do this, perhaps the world that we're living in would be a better place for all of us. Peace...
   Read moreSo today was very busy around 10 I originally came thru the drive thru and was told to pull up and was outside from 10:01 until 10:17 so I took a sip of my coffee and it was very unusual for it to be my regular order. When I walked in I noticed serval orders sitting to the side including mine! So I got Sima attention because nobody acknowledged me when I walked in along with 4 other customers waiting behind me. I asked about my frappe that I was waiting on she grabbed it from the drive thru and passed it to me it was melted!!! I described my issue with my coffee drink she cut me off and explained that cold brew is bitter which I understand I told her I donât taste any vanilla which I added 5 extra pumps and extra sweet foam and it taste like black coffee!
