Starbucks — Restaurant in Memphis

I visited the Starbucks inside of Baptist East on Walnut Grove. I purchased the banana bread and it was very fresh, I must say. I gave this particular Starbucks four stars because the ladies there did not actually ask me what I wanted nor did they greet me upon entering. I did notice them greet others though. I also noticed when I did get into the line and asked about the bread she told me it wasn't my turn but the guy who wasn't even in front of the counter told me he would be there for a long time and that I could go on ahead and he was very friendly about it. The worker still decided help him instead and I thanked him anyway. I would say she was friendly to him. Even though in front of the counter where the bread was they did not ask me what I wanted until I got in front of the cash register. Again, once I was there this one particular worker became friendly and assisted me and also thanked me after I purchased it. A little weird and fake but yeah, overall...

If the store closes at 10 o clock then the doors shouldn’t lock till 10 o clock. I came at 9:51 and all I wanted was a frozen lemonade This Starbucks is in a hospital, if it’s 10 minutes till 10 I should still be able to come in and get a beverage. Some of us nurses and doctors are dealing with very critical situations and can’t get to Starbucks by 9:45. These young girls do not care, they are just ready to go home and so are we but we still deserve service till closing time. Which is 10 o clock. And the girl’s attitude are terrible. They need to fire everyone and start over. Took forever to get the kids attention to even place an order there was 3 employees the girl with short hair was too busy dancing and messed up my drink twice and it still wasn’t right, I just gave up. Camille was rude to customers but continued her conversation with the other employee about a phone call she got. She kept running not walking away from the register in and out of the store discussing how she needed to change clothes with a line of customers waiting. The black girl was playing on her phone getting distracted by whatever she was looking at and forgetting the drinks. Worst location period terrible drinks and...
