Manager Marcus don’t know how to treat his customers, nor do he treat his employees right. He is rude and disrespectful. Today was my last day ever going to that Tops location ever again. My food was made incorrectly, I come back out in the rain only for him to take someone else before me after I waited for him to finish the customer who was In front of me. I asked him to remake my food because it was wrong, told him what I wanted on it, only for him to say if one more customer gets an attitude and his team members to state people getting them stimulus check and they getting attitudes. No I had a freaking attitude because I came up there in the ran to only get home and find out it’s made wrong, to come back in the rain to have him take a customer who came back in (because they left something out his bag) after I waited for him to get done with the customer who was in front of me, first. And then proceeded to talk about his customers getting attitudes because they got stimulus check with his team. He refused to remake my food and issued me a refund, because I asked what did you say about me(your customers having attitudes and atom checks)I had to call another location to get his name and corporate number because he and staff refused to give it to me. The store wasn’t clean floors were greasy and slippery, they did not have on hairnets, and their uniforms were dirty. His uniform is always dingy and dirty. I’ve seen him talk to an older employee disrespectfully on the sales floor In front of paying customers before. We have an attitude because Marcus is rude and don’t need to be managing the location. Read moreNormally when I come home, one of my 1st stops is Top's Bat-B-Q. I was so disappointed in my food and so was my family. We had a large order as usual. Our chopped porked sandwiches were horrible. It taste like they covered our buns in mustard. We figured out that the slaw was made was made with too much mustard. The inside buns were yellow. We had 3 different orders of chopped sandwiches and couldn't tell the difference between them except 1 because they didn't mark them with the toothpick as usual. They also left out one of our sides. So I go inside to inform them and they provide it with no problem. On my way back to the car, my CV granddaughter is walking towards me stating they gave us the wrong sides on part of the order. I went back in to get that corrected. I can tell you the staff is different. There were 3 black guys with 2 of them cursing in their conversation loud enough for the public to hear and 2 white ladies with the younger white young lady laughing and carrying on with the guys. They should be mindful of the orders and the language they are using when in public view. The food wasn't good. I've never had it taste that bad. My suggestion is to get one of the ole school cooks to train these guys on how to prep the food before you start...

We were so excited to go to Tops as we had been told of it's amazing popularity. The three of us spent around $30 for our meal. While waiting, we read a poster by our extremely small table. Even the posted review wasn't that great. Stated that it was a good spot if you had nowhere else to go...We were rudely yelled out by the man behind the counter whenever our order was ready. Told us that he had already yelled once for us and we needed to hurry. We sat down with our food, eager to experience the bbq. We all took about 2 bites and put the food down. One order was ribs and there was hardly any meat on the bone at all. The potato salad was just ok. The beans were awful.
