Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Memphis

I work across the street and usually work through my lunches while eating. We, at the office, decided to order pizza from here so we could keep working and not have to leave to grab anything. I put in the order. I asked for one pizza with garlic butter crust, one order of cinnamon sticks, and paid for the extra cream cheese frosting since we didn't want the regular frosting the dessert came with. We got neither the garlic butter crust, nor the cream cheese frosting. I walked back to the store to ask them for the missing sauces and Nicole told me she couldn't give me any garlic butter, that garlic butter on the pizza was free but since I was asking for a side to take back with me because they didn't put it on my pizza it would cost $0.77. She told me, while sounding completely annoyed that I was even asking, that the price of it would come out of her paycheck. I got the frosting and ended up paying for a side of garlic butter when I had already ordered a garlic butter crust. Her attitude was extremely rude. I get that adding an item to a pizza and making it to go could be different prices because of packaging and such, but if a customer pays a $3.50 "convenience fee" for delivery, then has to walk to the store because said store either missed an item, did not inform the customer that they were out of an item, in this case BOTH, then charge the customer for the item that was missing because it was in a different packaging is ludicrous. Honestly, if the employee had been a bit nicer about it and not acted like I was trying to steal away with a stack of free pizzas I wouldn’t be as upset, but she was unnecessarily nasty towards me. if we could do 0 stars today we would, Staff is extremely rude. placed a order at 232 pm on July 22 pizza showed due for delivery at 307 pm which was good as this was for a Dr Office Staff that hadn't been able to stop and eat today with back to school appts. so office was just wanting something to tide them over till closing. at 345 called store spoke to a guy who said no your order still here that doordash has not picked it up and when i asked why not or if they had called Door Dash he informed me that if we wanted our pizza so bad that we should have tipped more ( granted we tipped 20%) and was hung up on. forward to 415 call again and asked about if the order ever got picked up yet and was informed our order was canceled because Door dash thought it was a fake order???? how would it be a fake order when we just spoke to you about 30 mins ago!!! Skye then starts to get smart saying you should not have put a fake number in which we did not the system did something funny as everything is saved on my computer and used daily. when i asked for manger info was told i could not talk to her till Thursday asked for name and was 1st told just ask for manger i said id like to know person name and was given a name that i don't believe is mangers name (Kelly) but some random person name. i have filed a complaint against the store to corp. and to door dash this store really needs corp to come in and clean up and retrain its staff. we will see if anything gets resolved on this matter or if manger even gets wind of what...

Garbage store. Ordered a medium pepperoni and medium sausage and they delivered two pepperoni pizzas. When I called the store the rude lady that answered the phone said they grabbed the wrong one and she would send them out with the sausage and come get the pepperoni. So they were going to take the pizza they already delivered and bring it to someone else? Gross. I didn't care I said that was fine but are they going to do anything about making me wait another 45 minutes for my pizza and she said "No because I'm swapping them out for you" I told her you aren't doing it because I changed my mind you doing it because you didn't send what I ordered. She then said "I can't give you a discount and a pizza so pick one" I said no and then she got pissed and said "hold on" and blind transferred me to a call center. I pressed "0" to talk to a person had to explain to her and her manager that I didn't want it and to give me a refund, she only credited me for one.
