I have been shopping at Miss. Belle for 24 years. Mr. Belle was a good person, but the Asian man was very rude and prejudice. This man accused me of selling from his store. The security alarm kept going off. The Asian man had the cashier that check me out to check my bag. I walked through the security alarm again and the alarm goes off again. This Asian man refuse to allow my daughter and I to leave the store. I told him he accused me of stealing. I called the police immediately to help solve this problem. I have never stolen anything in my life. The police officer comes in and I empty my purse for a second time . The Asian man said I still had something in my purse. The office said, she doesn’t have anything and it’s the purse that’s going off. The Asian man claim I was lying. I want my money back but he refused to give it back. When I got home I noticed 5 items on my receipt. I only purchased 4 items the girl that check me out charge me for and eyeliner for $6.99 she was the thief. I will never patronize this establishment again. My daughter and I pull on side the road and broke down crying our eyes out. My child had to witness this man accuse me of stealing. I work a full time job and I have never stole anything in my life. I pray for people like this please stop shopping here it’s too dangerous for African...

I have been coming to this place for about 4 or 5 years. It is very inexpensive and the main reason I come here is because they usually always stay stocked. When I go to other stores they are either out of the item or don't have what I want at all. When I come here I always find what I need. I won't give this place 5 stars though because the owner speaks little to no English and they know nothing about black hair or the products they sell. Unless you know exactly what you want they will be of no help even if they were able to understand what you are saying. They usually hire young black women to handle customer questions that's if you are able to get one that is knowledgeable and has good customer service. I will admit over the past few years they have gotten better with customer service and they are bringing in more products. So I will continue...

I will say I been going to this store for over a decade or two. But that season has pass. After having a snatched security button taken out of my wig. Which was not nice. If someone would run the security tape back in the store for July 11. It will not look good. And also the unprofessional comment that was said, when I asked for help too find the right foundation. You would think that certainly the elders that enter the store would to be treated with care and with respect. But this old faithful customer is going to move on. As the saying say,...
