Wendy's — Restaurant in Memphis

Worst attitudes, terrible service, disgusting food & on top of that they robbed us for about $6 by entering coupons & trying to refuse giving me my receipt. They gave me a receipt from somone elses order first but I had to go in to tell them they left out part of my food. They under rang the drinks & fries but gave us the bigger sizes we ordered. I was told $29.34 & gave $30 in cash, then received 66 cents back. On the 3rd attempt to get a receipt I finally got the correct one, it stated a lower price & had discounts and coupons I did not add. This wendys & their employees robbed me and kept the money. Gave us the worst food ive ever tasted in my life & got angry with me when I continued to request my receipt & food. I would call the police, but seriously what would that get done. I was visiting family at Baptist Memorial, wanted something quick. Dont go to this wendys without protection or a desire to be robbed with a smile. Ive included pics of the receipt, the disgusting food we could not eat and the 3 large drinks we ordered. Yall check the receipt, I ordered:

*bacinator meal w/ large lrg drink & fries *homestyle chicken meal (no lettuce)(add pickle) w/ large lrg drink & fries *Reg Hamburger *Baked Potatoe w/ sour cream & butter *lrg Diet Coke

**I had no coupons & requested no discounts. I spoke with 2 female employees & 1 male manager. I was originally given a reciept for $20.33 were a credit card was used at 7:04pm. I placed my order at 7:58 & unfortunately used cash. I new something was wrong when it took 2 people 4 minutes to give me 66 cents back without a receipt.

This Wendy’s, IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST EVER! I swear it’s like this location only hires high school dropouts or people who cannot read, listen, follow directions. People who just lack basic and simple comprehension skills and it shows! I went to this location 2xs within the past week and on the first time, I got the baconator and guess what, THERE WAS NO BACON ON IT! I don’t understand how this was missed and it’s not like they were busy at all! It’s just that they do not care as long as they get customers money! Tonight, i got two spicy chicken sandwiches, large/medium fry and guess what, WE WERE GIVEN THE ORIGINAL CHICKEN SANDWICH. HOW???! The fries we received were old and we could tell by the color of them and all they did was redip the fries in the fryer, just pathetic! Fries still tasted so old! I paid $20 for a very underwhelming meal! This Wendy’s is literally only good during the weekdays during lunch hours. That’s the only time you can expect good food. But if you go probably after 3pm…quality is straight trash because it’s slow after lunch hours! Everyone at this location needs to go through an extensive training session on how to do their jobs properly. Or just fire everyone and hire people who actually knows what the heck they’re doing. At least get people who have an educated background that knows how to read and understand orders and know how to make them correctly...

America, I have officially found the worst Wendy’s in this great country. The first few years I lived in Memphis I went to this Wendy’s because it was conviently close to where I live. EVERY time I go here I received poor service in the form or discourteous workers. The food is okay, but the people who work here seriously don’t care and are downright rude. But that’s fine, 2 years ago I just decided I wouldn’t go to this place anymore and just be fine with that. I

Well fast forward 2 years to now, I was taking my friend the ER room in the hospital across the street. He and I are both hungry so I figure “I’ll just drive here, maybe it’ll be different after all this time”. It’s 10pm at night and I’m literally the only car in the drive thru (or the parking lot for that matter. I sat in front of that box for 10 minutes and NO ONE would answer. I called out and got nothing. Their hours are listed to 1am! Eventually I gave up, and as I’m driving away I can SEE a worker in there literally doing nothing. How can one location be terrible across the span of 2 years?!? I never leave Google reviews, but this store literally led me to write my first Google Review in history. Congratulations, Walnut Grove Wendy’s, you are the worst fast food location I’ve ever been, and it has ZERO to do with your food. That’s pretty special, give yourself a hand. ...
