Service doesnt even deserve a star because it is beyond terrible. The only thing keeping them afloat is the cooks and that people are hungry. A Local diner. Food has its ups and downs as most "mom and pop" places do because the best cook can't work all the time! Everytime we call the place to put in an order for pick up they ask us to hold.... 5min on hold... 10 min on hold, 30 min on hold. By this time my fiance has already went to the place to order in person as I am still on hold to here "oh the phone" as they just hang up.... this happens multiple times a week even on days they have maybe 1 customer. The staff including the owner play it dumb like they didn't know or forgot. This has also happened to many of my friends and family memebers. Highly disappointing when people are trying to help a small local business stay in business. Word of advice have 1 person on the phone per shift. Not everyone has the time to eat in and or come into order and wait in person... your business would make alot more money and alot more people happy. Photo of today's on hold time then hung up on.

Third Street Diner is a mom and pop's restaurant with seating also at the counter. That saying, if you are hungry and want a decent meal, friendly staff and an older crowd, this is the place for you. We ordered the Mexican wrap and the Ham and Cheese omelet. The Mexican wrap was your basic American seasoned Mexican wrap; meaning not authentic tasting and the same with the salsa. Living amongst the locals in Mexico, all that was offered was authentic food. American twist on Mexican food is very different but tasty in it's own right. The wrap is served with salsa and cottage cheese placed attractively on the plate. The Ham and Cheese omelet was your basic omelet; good tasting but not exciting to the palate served with toast and perfectly made hashbrowns. This restaurant's establishment and food is exactly what I thought it would be...a pleasant experience

Had breakfast here on Saturday morning it was relatively busy but we got a table as soon as we walked in after being seated our server brought menus and took our drink orders. They have a good breakfast menu my companion decided on Strawberry crepes and bacon with a side of bacon i got a bacon and cheese omelet with hashbrowns. Our orders came out very quickly and piping hot and everything was excellent my omelet was perfect and hashbrowns crispy as I had asked my companion said his crepes were excellent and I sampled a slice of his extra bacon and was very good. Service was great our server came by a couple times to make sure all was good. Nice clean and bright restaurant with friendly people. If your in Neenah be sure to try it I think you will enjoy. I know I will be back.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and a good diner can help accomplish that. I stopped in to the Third Street Diner this morning and was really impressed. I got the the #1 that came with two eggs, choice of meat, hash browns or fries and a pancake or toast. The hash browns were on point! Just the right amount of crispiness and just the right amount of grease. The sausage links were flavorful and came with 4 of them. The pancakes were larger than I was expecting and just the perfect thickness. They were also very delicious before putting the butter and syrup on. Finally the coffee was awesome. They bring you a carafe so you can make it to your liking without having to worry about them topping it off and ruining your perfect sugar to cream ratio. If you want a hole in the wall/greasy spoon diner you will not be disappointed in this place. Its the kind of diner you would see in the movies and the staff is friendly and provides...

Close to a job site I'm on. Every time I drive by this place during open hours, this place is packed. Decided to stop in and try. Classic diner feel. More actual table and chairs than booths. But that's okay! Our waiter was very friendly and came to take our drink order very quickly. Big menu with lots to choose from. Classic diner foods. Breakfast, burgers, wraps, soup/chili, salads, Dinner meals options. I'm usually skeptical about diner/fast food chili. I tried a bite of my husband's. It was actually very good! Pleasantly surprised. I had the Frisco melt. It was DELICIOUS. seriously fire. And my husband's BLT was what you'd expect...a BLT. but still very good. Thick & crispy bacon. Prices were definitely good for the portions. It was under $20 for the 2 of us. But we left a good tip as they were quite busy and our waiter was friendly and made sure to keep checking in on us and refill our drinks etc etc. Would go back and would recommend...
