City Limits — Restaurant in Menasha

I have been born and raised in town of menasha my whole life. I have a service animal and he accompanies me everywhere I go incase I have a seizure or my levels plummet. Today the owner of city limits itself; through myself and my friend out because he personally doesn't like dogs. Been charged wrong twice. First bartender who claimed no credit for it lost my card behind the bar on the cooler, got charged 5 bucks for drinks making me wonder if someone else got my charge because I saw her tap the screen after my order, and the second time a bartender ran my card for someone else's bill. Was charged but she said I wasn't. She acted dumb pretending she didn't know how to run my BioLife card on the system because it had no chip. After a two hour wait at the table for food and getting others orders the food actually was very good.Went to pay at bar they presented me a receipt and said someone paid for it.
