I don't no how this place is able to reach a 2.4 rating that's really high,for the pre and post customer experienceS. So since relocation in Menasha boost store new owner. This whole new experience Horrible......being a customer which entails expecting reasonable time to wait for personal calls.. and i waited 20-30 minutes once I got worker to 15% focus on selling me a new $450 phone which i had full amount,his focus was barely available. I can ASSURE U WOULD NOT BE HAPPY ,FAIRLY TREATED DONT WASTE THE 3 CHANCES I GAVE THIS STORE moto e5, apple6. Apple 7, Apple 8 i felt bad to return but hard times called for it. My location, within walking distance of my home From the m pool mentioned i entered & being the only customer, the service it now adds up 2 the other boost experiences ive had, not only impatient, rude. BUT A Horrible community loss to not have reputable cell phone company for us who just plain dont drive we stay mostly in our neighborhood to shop.. I rate below 1.in areas of comunicatpion skills ,trust, or safety,, due to worker so agitated,hot tempered. I am so so so extremely dissatisfied with the experiences i keep being forced to use with the neighborhood store and Co-vid1makes it even more of prey to being forced,and while being ignored by worker as he took several calls personal calls including fixing his and his mothers cell phone and Verizon and even account issues of his own 5 people plan. which were not as urgent as my preesng issues of needing a phone provider available. . i was failed. I was planning on purchasing a newer phone. But I DID get a even newer version at cheaper price elsewhere. I so thankfilly went back to Us cellular. Better experience and better everything. I had such a professionally treated i was pampered Myexperience on mall dr. In Appleton on Mall drive. Boost You Lost a good longstanding customer but I have gained a good new business relationship elsewhere thanks I hope I helped others from loosing precious time& money dont want to/cant take safety risks of going elsewhere Co-vid19 related to or not but dollar general in Menasha has few same/ different cell phones and so does family dollar n Walgreen take no chances at...
   Read moreWent to the Menasha store on March 24 to inquire about roaming plans for our trip to Europe in April. We made it very clear to the rep that we would only need roaming data from April 7-21. We paid him $20 CASH for a 30-day roaming plan, with the understanding that it would be valid from March 24-April 24. On March 29, our regular billing cycle added a second $20 charge to cover roaming from March 29-April 29. We went back to the store to get a refund or credit, because we hadn’t intended to buy 5 days of roaming while we were still in the US. The rep denied giving us the wrong information, and couldn’t/wouldn’t give us a refund. He called the store manager, who also refused saying that they didn’t have the ability to issue credits or refunds at the store— all the while not acknowledging that his employee had misinformed us about how the charges would be applied. We ended up calling Boost “corporate”, who explained that stores aren’t allowed to accept the kind of payment we made, and the $20 cash payment was never applied to our account. Corporate apologized, and issued the $20 credit.

   Read moreBad bad bad bad place to go!!! 5/24/2024 A deaf elderly woman with the walker came in the boost store is indeed the paying customer that's paying for the data on the phone, she bought a new IPhone 15 pro and doesn't know how to do the data transfer from old phone to a new phone and the black guy said no, he refused to help the elderly lady to move the information from the old phone to a new phone....he basically kicked her out and she went out of the store waiting on the government provided transportation for her and get picked up at the same location and the store told her to leave go somewhere else, the store called the cop on her and made her leave to go somewhere and couldn't contact her transportation to inform Change of pick up spot and the cop came and made her leave the spot where the van could pick her up...
SHAME ON YOU BLACK GUY!!! SHE IS YOUR CUSTOMER AND SHE PAID FOR THE PHONE SERVICE AND ALL SHE NEEDED IS THE DATA TRANSFER TO OTHER NEW PHONE....you screwed your customer up...so therefore I will never ever deal with the boost company
