True fact, I've worked at this Taco Bell and in my time there seen it go through 5 GM's, that being said I feel it still needs improvement, yes it's been revamped on building condition, but that doesn't change the people. I know times are tough, workers overworked, not enough workers with plenty of jobs to fill, I could go on. My experience at midnight was very enlightening in a sad way. The poor Manager didn't know how to do managerial duties that you need to know how to do before you get promoted to that position. I feel the desperation for employees, but I still feel that a manager in charge of the store on his/her shift needs to know what that position needs to be able to do. They need that experience their supposed to have before attaining and earning that position by showing and passing the test of being able to do what their position does. I feel bad, but I was not going to be jipped my money on the mistake made. In my opinion it is the job of corporate and the assistant and general managers to make sure their employees are certified and experienced in the position they are given and getting paid for. To the male manager, after debating very much with myself and thinking about the situation in a bigger picture I apologise for being overly assertive with you and possibly hurting your feelings on a simple statement. It's not your fault you didn't have the know-how at the moment you needed it. I was driving over 6 hours yesterday, was hungry and frustrated when the mistake happened I was very stubborn on getting it taken care of right away and simple as possible, but it didn't end up that way. It should've been so simple and easy to rectify right away, had you had the know how you should've had given your employee position. I tried at the end to make it more simple, but your ends decision was made and I just let it because it was already quite some time we had been talking about the issue. I sincerely hope things get better organized and run like it should be the best it can given pandemic circumstances of course. I hope things run better for your guy's...
Read moreWARNING ! WARNING ! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE MY granddaughter wanted to get Taco Bell for dinner. Not real familiar with their menu. I did what my 6 year old granddaughter told me" Goggle It" She pointed out what she wanted. Off we went. I didn't see the item she had chosen on the menu. I questioned the young lady about it. I looked at the order on the screen . It was not correct. As I was trying to explain what we wanted and needed. She became very rude told we they don't carry that! Keep giving me something else. After numerous attempts her rudeness became worse. Remember my 6 year old granddaughter is in the car now telling me "Grandma I don't need tacos". I'm not hungry anymore. At this time there were no cars behind me.The employee stopped speaking to me all together. Would not answer my question . I saw a car pulling up behind me to place their order.I didn't want to hold them up. I went inside . Explained to me what I was trying to order can only be ordered on line. I explained to the young man. Had the rude employee even mentioned to me that was or could be the issue. I would.have pulled out of line. Then placed my order. I explained how rude and condescending the employee to treated us. I said yes I know. He glanced at her and rolled his eyes. He gave me the impression this employee had treated customers like this before. He explained what I needed to do. With in a few minutes my order was ready. He was very helpful. On our way we went . In my opinion 17 minutes is not fast food. We could have went to a sit down restaurant and given our order. Terribly frustrating and unnecessary rudeness .I'M sorry about the book for this review. It was important to me to explain about my experience. So as to save any taco hungry person from wasting time going to Taco bell in Menasha off of Racine and plank. Go across the street the street to another FAST FOOD restaurant .Thank you for taking you time to read all of my review. I know how...
Read moreThe employees are great. They all seem like good people. They are respectful and nice, I think this might be the only Taco Bell I've been to where I haven't met an employee with a stick up his ass.
I've been here a few times, the food is always OK, even compared to other TBells. Tonight it was very busy and I went to get a 12 dollar order. It was seriously messed up; stone cold soft tacos, cheesy gordita crunch wasn't centered on the shell for anything and the cheese was barely melting, quesadilla folded in half and missing cheese and chicken everywhere. I never take food back, but this was just too much. I wanted to trade my money back for the food and go eat some reliable ramen, but they wanted to make it again so I let them. It was better on the second try, but the cheesy gordita crunch was screwed up in the exact same way (I can't remember the last time I had a really good CGC, my favorite menu item by far. maybe they're hard.) and it just wasn't the best Taco Bell food. I really wanted to like it and be done, and I'm very disappointed. Oh well, I guess. It's not like there are all kinds of late-night food places out here, so I'll be back anyway.
The food came quickly both times and the line moves along. I haven't met a crappy employee, they all seem friendly and polite. I don't know why my food was messed up, they don't seem like a bunch of losers. They were great about remaking my food. I'll be back and I hope I can be pleasantly surprised, I like tacos
Went back tonight, didn't recognize any of the staff. Ordered with the app. All the food was great, happy this Taco Bell...
