I really wanna leave a good review but there are very rude and disrespectful younger ladies that work there!! that really need to learn how to treat people… They make you feel very unwelcome and they talk about you when you walk in not very Professional!! when you work for a company you work for that company !! you don’t talk trash on people when they walk in !! remember you don’t know somebody you have no idea who the customer is. It’s probably best to be kind to people because you don’t know what they’re going through !! Please be kind we got enough problems in the world going on as it is to have people just trash, talking people behind their back or just not liking somebody because you just don’t like them. If you don’t know somebody don’t trash talk them. I was a customer at this place and I overheard the girls saying really bad things about somebody that walked in and it just broke my heart that people are that mean!! I love Del Taco, probably too much. Just not this one. They always seem to be short staffed and frazzled. The last time I went, they forgot one of my burritos. When I got home and realized the error, I called to let them know and to possibly go get it, and my receipt that they didn't give me. When I was on the phone, I could hear the manager saying that I was a liar, and that I did get mt burrito. Why would I lie about a burrito? Then the team member hung up on me. I was not happy about that, so I called back. I could very clearly her the manager talking badly about me over the phone saying they don't have my receipt, and she remembers making my burrito twice because they gave the first one to the wrong order. Fine, I'm not trying to argue with her through her employee. When I did a survey (with out my code due to no receipt) they sent me a $10 coupon to use only at that Del Taco. Greetings, I downloaded the app and decided to order on it. That was a pleasant experience. However, when I got in line to pick up my order, which was about 10 minutes 15 minutes after I ordered it, my order was not ready. The staff was very friendly however I was a little disappointed when I arrived back home with my bag of food, that there was no hot sauce in my order which I had checked and ordered on the app. I also ordered some green burritos and paid for extra sauce. To be honest with you, when I was eating the burrito, I couldn't even taste the green sauce. The snack tacos we're super small and I ordered two hard and four soft tacos the hard tacos had little to no meat cheese or lettuce on them however the soft tacos had 50% more ingredients that the hard tacos. I think they should change these snack tacos to be called bite-size tacos. I place my reading glasses in with the photo so you could get a size reference. My overall food experience was a little...
