Shoppes by the Lakes — Local services in Menifee

Some good options here: Stater Bros, McDonald's, Mountain Mike's, Starbucks, Zesty Shawarma Grill, Blitzers Frozen Yogurt. All these options and some poor choices make this parking lot very bad, though. All main exits from the lot exist at the ends of the road directly in front of the grocery store. The designers also thought it would be great to put a dozen parking spaces along this main thoroughfare. Being that this a very busy Staters, there is so much pedestrian traffic and so few vehicle path options that drivers and pedestrians both have to be extraordinarily careful. Menifee is growing and plenty of shopping. The only sad thing is that in order to build, the city let's investors in and choose all the nature trees, no more dairy & egg farm.
