10/20/25 Update: Quick drive thru for breakfast on the way home. Service was fast and friendly. Ordered and received: 1️⃣ Meat Lovers Burrito; 2️⃣ Supreme Croissants; 3️⃣ Hash Browns. All items were very tasty. 1️⃣ Croissant and 1️⃣ Hash Brown were leftover.

04/12/2025 Update: A quick, late lunch drive-thru resulted in a very tasty meal. Large #4 with fries and Lemonade, and a #6 (burger only) for my wife. Extremely pleased!

09/14/2024 Update: A Decent Experience... Late morning drive thru for 2 breakfast sausage croissants with 2 hash browns and 2orange juices. Line went fairly quickly with two cars ahead of me. My order was processed quickly, and handed out to me with alacrity - orange juices first.

My apologies for the lack of photos - we snarfed the food down before I thought to snap any. The food was very tasty and just enough for myself and my wife.

Drive Thru. "Happy Easter Monday & Cesar Chávez Day!" Moral of today's story: ALWAYS CHECK RECEIPT & CONFIRM CONTENTS AT THE WINDOW/COUNTER. Ordered: 2 Sausage Croissants; 3 Hash Browns; 1 Ultimate Breakfast Sandwich; 1 Classic Smashed Jack. Paid cash including $4 tip at Window. SHOLD HAVE CONFIRMED CONTENTS BEFORE LEAVING because there were NO HASH BROWNS in the BAGS or on the RECEIPT when we got home. Otherwise, service was prompt & polite. I am absolutely disgusted and petrified. If there was a 0 star on here that would be the rating. The fact that I ordered a double jack with some fries and ended up with a rat serving my food is absolutely unnecessary. She was a teenager with attitude, I have never been so angry in my life. I entered the drive thru with absolute starvation ready to get my day started. I usually go to the Jack in one Perris because it was in my area, sadly I was not in my area and wanted to try a new jack. The teenage girl has a hatred for my daughter and decided to take it up with our meal. I am very disappointed on how immature this employee was. This was very childish of her to act upon me. As an adult this is not ok behavior. Just because she has problems with my daughter does not mean it is necessary for her to act this way towards me. I was disgusted to see the food. I wish I took a picture to show what kind of service this jack provides. Unfortunately, I threw my food away because of how scared I was to even touch it. What a waste of money and if this teenager is going to continue to act like this she should not be working customer service at jack. If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would, if you have ever been to this Jack in the Box you probably waited at least 15 minutes in that drive thru, paid more for what ever you purchased (this place is franchise and the owner is trash), compare prices next time you go, every item is marked up at least .29 more then any other Jacks..not to mention chances are they messed your order up on top of it. No surprise same tonight..didnt give us our drinks and forgot our tacos. So we have to get back in the 15 minute drive thru line..for the girl at the window to try and say " We can't do anything for your unless you have a receipt" 😂😂 laughable. This place is a complete joke.. the rude employees are the least of their problems. I will forever drive the extra 5 minutes to Winco's parking lot for a whole variety of choices, as should anyone else. **Management..owner..
