first transaction went smoothly but the employee employee seemed to be judgmental with an attitude. I payed with paypal all good. then while loading I realized I forgot bug killer so I went back in grabbed the hotshot and grabbed another gift card. this is where it got fishy. they were standing around not helping me, so I went to the self checkout. then they said I cannot purchase a gift card at self checkout so I go back to purchase my items. and thus time the cashier was pushing extra buttons on her screen. not the same procedure as the purchase. it declined. but I have plenty of money on my account. so we tried again, this time some rude employee comes and asks me for my id. I hand it to him and he walks away with it. after 5 minutes he comes back and says yeah it's all good to the cashier. I try 1 more time, and again she hits buttons that I didn't see her hit during my first checkout. and again it declines. so I left, I just checked paypal and there's not a reason for my transactions declining. meaning the employees decided that I sent enough money for the night. and their rude obnoxious attitudes were very unpleasant. if I do go back to home Depot, where I used to buy everything from paper towels to cement to wood glue and shovels. it will not be on case road in Perris.

Read moreThe Hubbs & I went to Home Depot for a specific washer we saw online. As soon as we walked into the dept Jenny greeted us with a smile and asked if we needed assistance with anything. Told her what we were looking for.. she brought us right to it and gave us the ins n outs, details and all. Went through the whole setting up for delivery.. she offered application for store's card..we declined.. but she didn't harp on us for saying no! Which is greatly greatly appreciated. Jenny was SUPER friendly and thorough. She checked and doubled checked she had correct address and phone numbers. She explained the whole Night Before Delivery phone call.. the Day Of call and what to do and expect on delivery day. Needless to say, great experience! Quick and painless When it came time to final step of paying we had to go up to front of store because we were paying cash. Apparently, Saturdays are the day to go to Home Depot because it was crazy packed! But, the cashiers/customer service people brought those lines down very quickly. Our cashier was Devra and I think she just happened to come up for back up?! Or, was just walking by and decided to help. Which was great either way. Very nice. Great smile. Seemed very happy to help and transaction was done. Overall good trip to Home...
Read moreI would highly reconsider purchasing any major appliance from Home Depot. Their common practice is to outsource the installation to some third party company, which apparently can be unlicensed.
My 82 year old Grandmother purchased an oven from this location and PAID extra for delivery and installation. Upon delivery and installation, at almost 7pm, this third party company improperly connected the gas causing it to pour into her home while she slept. She only realized this after she woke up feeling sick.
First thing she did was contact Home Depot, to which there answer was to "call the gas company". She has had zero use of her BRAND NEW stove for well over a week while waiting for Home Depot to remedy the issue.
Home Depot has sent out two companies, both have admitted to not being licensed. Neither have fixed the issue. One company showed up in a Penske rental truck. Multiple emails have been sent and while there may have been a response, there has been no action to remedy the major issue.
