3rd bad review 03/18/18(why do I keep trying to give this location a chance?)
Didn't even make it in the door as the front door had a "B" from the health department on it..... Ewwwe!

Ewwwww, there were flies everywhere. I made a comment to the cashier, but she didn't respond. Food was good as usual 😀, but the nasty fly factor knocked off a few stars😲.

For starters, I love 😍 Del Taco. This location, however, has failed me for the last time. The customer before me received their order wrong, when she brought it to the employees attention, she was interrogated by the cashier and another employee. The customer asked if they were questioning whether she ordered correctly, to which they replied with a rude comment.
My order was correct, with the exception of my non-golden brown cremated potato poppers (they looked like potato poopers 💩). I showed the considerate (sarcasm) employees my poppers, and pointed at the advertised picture and asked why are they so dark, they don't look like the photo.
The response was classic...they informed me that it had to do with when the oil was changed. ????
The fries 🍟 looked like the menu and were tasty, why not use that oil.
This location is in a desperate need of an attitude adjustment. Reading other reviews and what I witnessed it is apparent that there is a absolute lack of respect for the customer.
If your willing to hang in there a little more, skip this joint and head on over to some other Del Tacos that want and will earn your business.

Read moreI’ve been coming to this Del Taco for 2 years now and can count on 1 hand how many times I have been satisfied with the food.
The only reason I am leaving this review is because I just made it to EPIC level meaning I’ve accumulated over 5000 points. Not sure how much money I’ve spent, but you start off by earning 8 points per dollar, so I’m sure I’ve spent quite a bit.
Anywho, the saddest part about this review is actually thinking it will make a difference only to open the Yelp App and see that this location is already in the RED with 1.5 stars? At this point what is writing a review even going to do to help this establishment?
Tonight, much like every other visit, I order a LARGE FRY: MADE TO ORDER; WELL DONE. What I received tonight, much like most other visits is a soggy fry that taste like old grease.
Tonight, and like most other visits, I drove back to the location to have my order redone. I get home and I kid you NOT, it looks and taste like they gave me the same fries. Tonight and like many other visits, I spent a lot of money to feed our family for TACO TUESDAY. $37 and some change and this is how Del Taco served its most loyal customers.
God, you know my heart! I love treating my family to a good Taco Tuesday. Please open the hearts of these employees and this establishment to improve at serving its community because it is a blessing to serve. To take in this much money, DEL TACO, AT THE VERY LEAST can talk to their cooks about serving quality food that Del Taco as a brand can be proud of because this is an abomination at BEST!

Every time I’ve been here I ask for my fries extra crispy or well done, 1 out of 5 times I get them the way I ask. Tonight I asked and they were not only not extra crispy, but, they only filled the nacho fries half way lol.
Usually they’ll ask you to back up to the yellow pole in order to make it look like they are providing fast service to management (unless management is asking them to do it). If expectations are expected on a corporate level, train your staff to make it happen. Don’t train them on how to cheat the system.
If this location wasn’t close and convenient I wouldn’t give them my business.
