I was gonna go eat lunch with my friend. But after all the negative reviews being so close together and reading the replies from the "Owner" I was compelled to leave a review.
As a business owner when someone has a valid complaint, you should take accountability. You don't become condescending because ur insulted. You apologize, offer a refund and thank them for coming in to begin with. You're lackadaisical attitude and lack of care or concern tells me ur only in it for the money. That you don't care if ppl don't like it. That's a huge problem. Customer service now days is terrible. The customer is always right even if they're wrong.. I honestly think you should look into customer service classes to educate you on how to treat customers with complaints. It's not a bad thing to get complaints, it's the responsibility of taking accountability for those complaints.. it's taking pride in ur company and understanding that when someone doesn't like ur food, like the guacamole.. customers know when something doesn't taste right. Thank them for taking the time to let u know. It's a disservice if you're not taking advantage of these complaints to make things better... not for you to become defensive. Just like my review. I'm trying to be helpful. I'm a hairstylist and if someone has a problem, I first try to fix, rectify the situation. The customers choose where to spend their money. After reviewing the reviews I'm choosing not to come in. I'm sorry. When I see better reviews I may change my mind. Btw that's mold!!! I've cooked long enough to know what mold looks like. I use red/purple cabbage and it would leave that color and...
Read moreMy last night's taco Tuesday visit was a major redemption from a string of bleak meals. Nice portions and was not left hungry or throwing out scraps. If this is a consistent change I am back as a regular. Got 5x meat . Chicken needs to be cleaned better, too much skin and fat. Carne asada is a bit bland almost boiled taste and consistency. Would love some marinade flavor and a BBQ roasted flavor in the beef like some roadside stands. It's close and convenient. If we can lock down consistency it can be good. Order taker last night could be the worst I have ever seen. The person in front of me had to ask no less than 10 times for an asada burrito with rice, cheese, and sour cream. $10 surcharge for the custom ask, wow. It just wasn't computing to the human at the receiving end. I would be amazed if their $43 order for a burrito and 5 rolled tacos plate was what they wanted. They need to do a different task, she can't memorize anything verbal. I asked three times for two asada and three grilled chicken street tacos. She still confirmed three of each. Not sure where the disconnect is. Technical issue? The problem was between the ears. Everything was packaged very nicely. They upgraded from the soft floppy Styrofoam that has everything in one container, this is a massive improvement. Food stays warmer and not so soggy from everything being next to each other...
Read moreI called to place an order for pick up at 5:40 AM, the man that answered and took my order was very professional. When I get to the drive thru to pick up I stopped at the speaker but no one spoke so I went straight to the window (mind you is 5:45 AM there are no other customers in sight). When I get to the window the worker approaches the window and starts yelling at me that I should have stopped at the speaker. I proceeded to tell him I stopped there and acknowledged maybe not long enough. I apologized for not having stayed longer at the speaker. He did not care. He proceeded to tell me how busy he was and how important it was for me to stop at the speaker. At this point I had already acknowledged that I could have parked there longer and apologized. He didn’t care. He actually cut me off while I was speaking annoyed telling me the total. I should have drove away because I don’t feel comfortable eating my breakfast burrito anymore because of how upset he was. I’m so bummed out because I LOVE their breakfast burritos but customer service comes first. Now here I go to my 12 hour shift with no breakfast and lunch...
