Is anybody from Lucette even reading these reviews? It’s looking like the negative reviews have increased in the last few weeks, and if I was the owner I’d be concerned. I noticed that another customer mentions how shocking it is for a pizza place to be out of Parmesan. I don’t even eat cheese and yes I’d agree! I went with a group of 10 people last night, and 2 ppl in our party wanted red wine to drink instead of beer. And they were out of it. Not a single bottle of red wine in the entire gigantic place. What?! A pizza place. They weren’t even asking for a particular kind of red wine. Anything red would’ve been fine! The waitress simply said “the person who orders didn’t order enough,” and didn’t seem too surprised herself by it, nor did she offer to do anything about it. One of the women half jokingly said “well could someone run out and get a bottle?” and the waitress just moved on and asked if they’d like white. Then a man in our party asked if we went and got a bottle could we just bring it in. The waitress looked really uncomfortable with this idea and said, “no we don’t do that. It’s not allowed, bc we sell drinks.” She didn’t seem to be aware of the fact that that was a thing restaurants even do- allow diners to BYOB and charge a corkage fee. Then she mentioned that in particular she couldn’t allow him to do that bc the owner was actually in the building right now. I wanted to be like, “well bring him over here!!” I’d think any owner with some sense would want to go over to a table of 10 who was just told they couldn’t order the drink category of their choice bc someone at the restaurant hadn't ordered enough, and perhaps apologize for this shortcoming and at the very least offer a bottle of white on the house or better yet say they’d run to the store to get one - what kind would they prefer? But no. So our group- figuring we’d done the best we could to convey what we’d wanted to the waitress- moved on. The waitress then forgot the order of the one gluten free person at the table.
The pizza i tried - Kung fu kenny - and the beer -Big Hoppa- were both tasty, so I didn’t really have an issue with the food or beer. Just...
Read moreA year ago I decided to try lucette Pizza. I ordered the gluten-free pizza and it arrived burned around the edges of the crust and raw in the middle. I was on a little bit of a Time schedule so I did not have them redo it. I ate the salad and left dissatisfied. I figured that they were new and would work out the kinks. A few days ago I thought I would give lucette another try. We ordered Thyme and mushroom cheese bread and a Jerry's Pizza. The cheese bread arrived quickly and was scorched/ burned all around the crust and raw for the full quarter inch underneath the cheese. They offered to redo it and when we got the new one it was exactly the same. It was obvious to me when I walked in that the guy making the pizza had absolutely no skills. I could tell by the way he work with the dough. But I remained hopeful. The whole staff ambiance was one of apathy and obviously unqualified personnel. I was hungry so I scraped the cheese and mushrooms off of the raw dough and stuffed it into pieces of the crunchy burned crust. There was no Thyme and the few mushrooms were just ok. I sought to make it better by adding some Parmesan cheese. When I ordered it the wait person said they were out of Parmesean. How the heck can you be out of Parmesan cheese when all you serve is pizza? Someone didn't order enough. I laughed at the irony but she was having none of it. She kept making excuses about locally sourced and homemade. I mean really! Parmesan cheese takes years to go bad. It's not immediately perishable. For a pizza only place to not have cheese is ironic and laughable to me. We did order a Jerry's Pizza which was pretty good. If I was the the owner I would have fired the whole staff instantly. Needless to say I...
Read moreTim and Lucette Brewing Company was the perfect wedding venue for us. They absolutely crushed it and helped make our wedding day unforgettable. Our guests traveled from far and wide, and they all said it was completely worth the trip. The vibe of the venue was exactly what we were looking for. It felt warm, fun, laid-back, and beautiful in every way. The scene was lively but comfortable, and it set the tone for a truly joyful celebration. The food was incredible. People are still talking about how good the appetizers were. The pizza was a huge hit and everyone kept going back for more. The drinks were also amazing. There was something for everyone, from the beers to the wine to the cocktails. Everything tasted great and was served with care. The staff worked so hard and made sure everything went smoothly. They were professional, kind, and on top of everything throughout the entire day. Tim was especially great to work with. He was calm, relaxed, and very kind every time we talked with him. He made us feel supported and confident in how the day would go. There were some moments of miscommunication during the planning process, especially after the event planner we had been working with left. That caused some stress, mostly on our end, because we wanted everything to be perfect with so many guests coming into town. Despite that, Tim and his team pulled everything together and completely delivered. In the end, it all came together beautifully. We are so grateful we chose this venue. Tim and Lucette Brewing Company is an incredible place to get married. The entire team worked hard to make it special, and they succeeded. We highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a fun, beautiful, and memorable...
