Stopped by the Location across from Walgreens in Mentor. Lovely New shop. No one was eating in. All the seating is hard, the only padding is the backrests on some of the booths. I tried the Teriyaki Chicken sandwich with mushrooms and onions. Being a Rookie at this restaurant I didn't know what to ask for if I wanted the veggies on it too, I needed to order it "East Coast Style". The food and Service were average. It was nice they do their fries fresh. Their cost was slightly higher than their usually visited competitors. I forgot my coupon from the local mailer and the cashier didn't offer to extend that discount even though I mentioned that's what brought me in. Everyone in my party said the food was okay but the competition was better. This is the new Penn Station on the east end of town so I will need to visit the more experienced one on the west end of Mentor and see if their food and service is a little better. The girl at the register was very pleasant atleast, but dropped some on my fries on the counter as she was trying to shove the cup in a sub bag, and scooped them up off the counter and tossed them in my bag.Normally I wouldn't care if it was the actual food counter, but it was by the register. I had plenty of scraps of fries to fill my cup, very few full fries. But what got to me the most was what I seen happening with the tea on the counter. It was in open top clear pitchers with nothing covering the tops of the pitcher's to keep anything from getting in it. The store was already dirty with food on the floor.
