Pretty darn good local option for healthy food and juice, with a few spots for improvement. I've had one delivery order and one walk in order experience so far. Delivery Experience: Delicious breakfast burritos but they forgot to put sauces in bag and I'm pretty sure I got a regular wrap instead of the gluten free I requested due to symptoms experienced after eating. I just used a bottle of BBQ sauce we had on hand to replace the missing harissa sauce and it did just fine. Vitamin C smoothie was kind of bland and the lid was falling off and not sealed. Please consider adding safety seals to drinks for delivery orders. The Acai Bowl was spectacular! Walk-In Experience: Very friendly cashier who was polite, attentive and helpful with my many questions (gave a generous tip becuase of how nice she was). Carrot/Apple/Ginger juice made to order was pretty good. They use a commercial centrifugal juicer here, so it's not quite as tasty or filtered as juice made with 2 step cold pressed process, but still quite good. They put ice in as default and I don't know if they are using tap water or distilled or filtered water for the ice? Note to self make sure to ask for no ice until I know what's in it. The juice was still very good though and I watched them make it with beautiful fresh organic veggies. I juice at home mostly but I am thrilled to have the convenience of this juicery close by when I just don't feel like all the labor in home juicing. The breakfast burritos with gluten free wrap confirmed this time were DELICIOUS and even better with the yummy harissa sauce. The store design is a bit stark & minimalist but spotlessly clean and stylish. The wood bench seats are uncomfortable:-( I would prefer a more colorful and comfortable/cozy decor, but that is just my personal preference. This is overall a wonderful option to keep healthy on the go so please...

As a NE Ohio native, I was surprised to discover Beyond Juice as a new & "upcoming" venue located on Mentor Ave. Guys, it's not going to happen unless your operational standards change overnight. Overnight- list items revealing a pattern of gross misrepresentation. How you were able to plaster that menu list on your walls in good faith is unbelievable to me. List items mischaracterized as containing ingredients that are charged additionally at checkout.

That $4 hot lemonade is actually pricelisted at $8 after everything is itemized. Have a question? Management; phony, egregious fraudulent. Claiming not to understand the menu list/terminology & proceeding to upcharge anyone unfamiliar with this location within the registers' wake. Other misc. staff consists of young, untrained individuals with a poor understanding of kitchen appliances & knowledge of how to close cheques/process orders. That otherwise simple hot lemonade order took x5 attempts to itemize, costs x2 the price & took x5 the duration to prepare. As staff proceeded to fumble with the wheatgrass machine, the decision was made to redact a picture of my face from this review.

Unremarkable, shoddy attempt to compete with other cutting-edge fresh category venues. Obnoxious menu list font (are we at a gym?), plain utensil, cup & print-sleve designs congruent with your local offices' water cooler. False advertising, vacant floor layout & questionable service; price-listed at a rate that Beverly Hills, California residents would find obnoxious. 1/5- poor...

Subject: Poor Customer Service Experience on 8/23

Dear [Store Name or Manager’s Name],

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the customer service I experienced during my visit this morning, August 23rd, around 9:15 AM. I arrived at your store and stood at the register for approximately 10 minutes, waiting to be assisted. During this time, I was not acknowledged or greeted in any way by the employee who was present. Instead, the employee continued with whatever task she was focused on, completely ignoring my presence.

Despite my attempts to engage and the obvious opportunity to assist, I was left feeling completely disregarded and unimportant as a customer. After waiting for some time without any form of interaction, I chose to leave and take my business elsewhere.

I have been a customer of your store before without issue, but this experience has left me feeling as though my time and business are not valued. As a result, I will not be returning to your store and will be taking my business across the street to a competitor who values its customers.

I hope you will address this matter with your staff to ensure that future customers do not encounter the same poor service. I look forward to your response and to seeing improvements in...

I have been a customer for many years, most recently I ordered an "Alive" smoothie, took one sip and it was very grainy. I took another sip, tried to chew what I thought could be seeds; however, they were hard, plastic and/or glass pieces. I took two more sips, and same thing of hard, plastic/glass bits. This smoothie ingredients are peach, strawberry, banana, and raw orange juice. I emailed them with my experience and received a phone call from "Lisa," who only made it worse. She was condescending right from the beginning conversation, suggesting I had filed a complaint prior about a smoothie. She denied having "any plastic in the store." I stated I later came home and strained the smoothie and there were hundreds of plastic/glass fragments, and she stated "are you sure it wasn't ice?" I can promise I have much better things to do than email and be on a phone call for an $8 smoothie. This error could be devastating for someone that has any digestive issues, ulcerative colitis, etc.

I cannot believe this order was $40. And I had a $10 off coupon so it would have been 50. The grilled cheese was not even close to melted, just cheese thrown on bread and slightly warmed. My toddler wouldn’t even eat it and it’s one of his favorite foods. The tomato soup was basically pasta sauce thrown into a container. Disgusting. And they completely left out my sorbet bowl, which to me was going to be the highlight of the order (but maybe not). They are refunding me which is great, but now I don’t have any food. All in all the quality of this order was terrible and I will never spend my money here again.
