I usually look forward to my visits to Little Caesars, known for their quick service and budget-friendly options. However, my latest visit was far from the standard I had come to expect.
Upon arrival, I immediately noticed the cleanliness of the store was not up to par, with litter on the floors and untidy tables. Despite the visible lack of customers, the staff seemed overwhelmed and disinterested in providing service, making the wait time for a simple order unreasonably long.
The pizza itself, usually a reliable choice, was disappointing this time around. The crust was undercooked and doughy, and the toppings were scarce, not at all what I've experienced in the past. Additionally, the cheese had a rubbery texture, suggesting it wasn't freshly made.
What compounded the dissatisfaction was the staff's indifferent attitude when I politely brought up these issues. Instead of an apology or offer to address my concerns, I was met with dismissive responses, leaving me feeling undervalued as a customer.
It's disheartening to write such a negative review, as I have had many pleasant experiences at Little Caesars before. I hope this feedback is taken as constructive criticism and that improvements will be made. Quality and customer service should never be compromised, no matter how affordable the...
Read moreGood: Decent service. The lady at the counter was nice and the food came out in ~20 minutes. Everything looked clean and I was allowed to take my time to order.
Neutral: They don't gave paper menus so you have to awkwardly stand to try to read off of the board. The place is small and (at the time I was in) not too crowded, but it's better to just rush in and pickup than order in-person.
Bad: The pizza was not good. I ordered a Fantastic Four and it was as flat as the cardboard box. There was barely any sauce on it, not "barely any sauce" compared to a deep dish but barely any sauce compared to a regular pizza from either a place like Mountain Mike's or from frozen package. It felt like they lightly spritzed the marinara on the dough, topped on little bit of cheese, and put it in the oven. The meat tasted funny, so I didn't eat it (wasted 1/4) my pizza and the texture was like chewing tac. The prices have hiked up so much that it kills me to say this, but I have to: I'm no longer buying here. It would genuinely be more beneficial for me to make my own pizza, get it frozen, or order from a place like Dominoes (that I know will have mediocre, but relatively-filling & cheap pizza). LC used...
Read moreLast weekend we ordered 3 pizzas: 2 pepperoni and 1 cheese. My sister and dad picked it up and didn't get a chance to look at it but when they got home it took everything in me to not go back and cuss them out. I personally have worked in fast food so I know how hectic it can be but the way our pizza was done was just unacceptable. The first pepperoni wasn't cut all the way through. I let that slide because we have a pizza cutter so not that big of a deal. The other 2 though . . . .OMG. The next pepperoni was cut into different pieces not necessarily slices and the cheese pizza wasn't cut at all. I love Little Caesars and have been eating it for years but honestly I have never gotten any pizzas back that look like that. Step your game up G street cause your about to lose some loyal...
