McDonald's — Restaurant in Merced

Went into drive-thru around 9:30pm-10:20pm on 9/28/23, had a lady that took our order but then she switched our screen to the other drive-thru screen and a guy took over our order. We order: a Double Quarter Pounder w/Cheese meal w/large fries n Coke no ice and a Double Quarter Pounder w/Cheese just sandwich, 10 McDouble’s just sandwiches, 10 piece McChicken Nuggets, and a Spicy Crisy Chicken Deluxe meal w/large fries n coke no ice. Proceeding to first window, the man gave us the total of $55.33, but no reciept and was told to get from the next window. Proceed to the second window, same lady that took our first time order, received our drinks, one drink was correct n one was not, one drink was Dr. Pepper w/ice. Did tell them that the drink was wrong n they say they will bring out a new one to me. She told me to park in the front not in the reserved parking. I also ask for a receipt, she didn’t give it to me but she say she will put it in the bag once they bring out our food. I say ok n drove n park out front, waited for a couple of minutes, another worker finally brought our order out was looking for our car, she though that we park in the reserve, but I told her that the other lady told us to park in the front. We received our order and counted them but still did not receive my new drink n my receipt so at this point I’m mad. What makes me more angry is that our fries are cold n not fresh, our fries looks like it been under the lamp for hours. The meat from the double quarter’s n McDoubles are reheated w/ lots of ketchup just to cover the taste, n my spicy crispy chicken was not a deluxe. What a shame people! What a shame. This is the Mcdonald on Motel Drive...

Pretty good breakfast food, as that's usually what I come here for. Not a fan of the lunch menu, but that's solely based on personal taste, nothing to do with the food served here.

Always order through the official McDonald's™ app, and always choose to pick up through the Drive thru. The only time I've picked up through curbside pickup, I had been waiting for close to 10 minutes, only to get a message that my food was barely starting to be worked on. Now waiting another 5 minutes before a worker came out to my car and explained again, that they were working on my order. I'd understand if they were busy, but during this point in the morning, the parking lot was practically empty, as was the drive thru.

Now waiting an extra 10 minutes before deciding I'll just go through the drive thru instead, as it's been much quicker in the past, when a worker finally comes out with a frustrated demeanor and hands me my order, almost as if I was inconveniencing her.

I know next time not to get curbside pickup from this experience. And to whoever that young female worker...

Most rude people ever!! go somewhere else!!!! Show up at 5 am to get a cofee because according to the page they are drive thru open 24 hours wich is not true. I pull in all screens where off so I keep going to the 2nd window so there was this guy who looked at me and instead of helping me he walk away, waited couple minutes to see if he was coming back but he didn't so I horn a couple times and they just ignored me so I had to wait 10 minutes for them to finally come by and get my order, ones I ordered I told the lady(manager) how the guy just ignored me when he sees me and instead of try to apologize she did the same thing just ignored me too. Before leaving i asked manager her name and according to her she is Sonia and the guy helping her was Jonathan. Owner pay attention to your employees on how they treat customers or you will loose them just like you loose me, last time I go...
