McDonald's — Restaurant in Mercedes

I have come to this location several times and some of the times they have alright service not like it should be but it passes some times. I came by today to get a special burger that McDonald's has online and it is delicious. It's called a mcgangbang burger if you haven't had this burger you need to try it but don't come to the Mercedes location they won't help you. The manager Carlos came to the front to tell me that is not a burger from McDonald's and I told him that it was but he still keep telling me that it wasn't so I searched it on line and a picture came up with a discussion of what the burger is and that it's one of McDonald's secret burgers. So when I showed Carlos he told me that was just a picture. I scrolled up and he started to read what it said on line and then told that they didn't make that burger at this location. So I told Carlos that was a lie because I have gotten at this location in the past when we have come to eat at this location. Then Carlos told me told he remembered making before and I told Carlos I thought you all didn't have this burger or make it. Carlos told me that he has made it once before but I have gotten more than once here at this location. It looks like they won't really want to take care of customers today but I won't go back. We had other bad experiences with this location and keep going back to see if it will get better but it hasn't. I just got my money back and left. i ordered a 6 piece happy meal but when i opened it the nuggets weren’t in there. i went back and told them i was missing my nuggets , i wasn’t mad, i wasn’t bothered. i genuinely just wanted my nuggets. i worked at mcdonald for 5 years so i know how it is. this is literally how the conversation went. a manager opens the window and i say im missing my nuggets in my happy meal. she says there’s no way because a manager bags the orders so there can’t be nuggets missing in the 6 piece happy meal. i say well they are beacuse they’re not in here, it’s just the fries and sauce. i hand her the happy meal and she just stares at me . i understand from her pov i could’ve just taken them out so i tell her to look at the cameras . she keep repeating that a manager bags the orders so the nuggets CANT be missing. after a while of back and fourth she turns to the girl that was handing out the food and says something in a rude way and the girl shrugs. the manager gives me an ugly look and keeps says the cameras don’t get viewed until the morning. so i’m just there wondering what i’m supposed to do because i didn’t pay for 6 piece happy meal with no nuggets . the girl at the window says they were up a 6 piece and the manager grabs it and gives her an ugly look then gives me the nuggets. no apology . no “ they weren’t in the bag and they’re here “ no nothing. she closes the window and that’s it . i understand how things work there. people lie all the time but they could’ve looked at the cameras or gave me a refund. it could’ve been...

Why are managers kept in positions they can not handle? I order food myself at kiosk but paid with wrong card.I still owed 5 dollars on order.It would not take.cash for balance.So after a over hyper manager came out.It was decided to cancel kiosk order and id.pay I'm cash It sounded fishy so I took Pic of kiosk.And was.told not to worry if it was charged it would be back on my card.Never was reimbursed.So.i drove from harlingen back to spesk.with managers So even though she lied.and said she.gave me a receipt ( which means she confirms.i was.charged ) And i had a photo payment was taken.from my card.
