My last experience with Ginos left me disappointed .I was more than unhappy and dissatisfied with the food I received,I was totally disgusted with the service given by Leo" over the phone for a total of 4x.I ordered a Margarita Pizza it came with curdled cheese across my pie.It looked unappetizing, and tasted the same.My other was sm.ck alfredo pizza though it was extremely dry and hard as a rock, very little ricotta,no alfredo,No oil, lots of spinache(we threw it out)It wasnt the one I complained about.I called immediately and spoke to this employee who apoeared to be ...I had to continuously repeat myself as he in a dead monotone voice apologized while insisting that that is how mozzarella is supposed to be.I told him I didnt want it and was more than willing to bring it back,I was not paying for this.He told meWait not necessary 3x he would explain to the owner and have him call me.Each time I called back I conveniently missed,"Gino"Right up until closing. It is the last time I order there and that goes for the five regular customers who were now going without dinner.Shame on the your staff, maybe Gino needs to keep a better eye out on his business. AS I Stated the other pie went in the trash as well as this one. Before deciding to write this ,i then dug these...
Read moreI was up in the area for some family business that we needed to attend to and wanted to get some pizza. There's not a shortage of good places in the area, but I was also looking for a place that would do a cauliflower crust. Gino's came up in the searches and it was really close to where I was staying. I drove over with my oldest and we ended up ordering from the large menu on the back wall. That took some time to prepare and this isn't a dine-in place, so we waited and it was worth it. My pizza was a good size for the cauliflower crust and quite tasty. My oldest got a "small" chicken parm sub and had to save half for later because it was huge. We ended up going back several times during our stay for various food besides pizza - a very large salad, some soup, pastas, and I think even a quesadilla at one point. They were all good and worth the stop.
I'd definitely go back next time in the area for...
Read moreThe pizza dough was good but I had better in other places, the sauce was okay, the cheese not sure what it is but does not look or taste like good mozzarella cheese, it seems like it is a mix of cheese, overall the pizza tastes and looks appetizing only when it is hot.
The fried dough is bigger than what I thought but it has a lot of grease or in oil that was not cooked correctly, because it tastes more like oil and it seems like they cooked it in used old or bad oil that they use for everything else, and also they only send a really small side of powder sugar that is not enough for the fried dough, rather wait to buy carnaval fried dough and not waste my money in this place, one other place that I had good fried dough years ago was a pizza restaurant in Bristol CT next to Walgreens but is a little far.
The wings were okay, not really seasoned, and the flavor comes from the mild buffalo sauce...
