I have given this location many opportunities to do the right thing. The customer service is lacking terribly. This last experience has sealed the deal. I ordered oatmeal and a tea, in the drive thru. I was not asked what items I would like in my oatmeal (I am usually asked this while visiting other locations). I arrive at the window and the young woman hands me my oatmeal. I look in the bag and see that they gave me a number of items. I ask for nuts and blueberries. She looks at me as though I am speaking in tongues. She then came back with a bag of nuts and a bag of seeds and asks me to clarify which I would like. I confirm that I would like nuts. She then chastises me for not indicating what I want at the time of order (the person taking my order should have asked). I let this go and head to work. Once I arrive at work and start to put my oatmeal together...I notice that they did not give me my drink. I now drive all the way back to the store to retrieve my drink. I go into the location and explain the mishap. The gal in the window simply exclaims "oh, yeah." Everyone then continues on with what they are doing. I then ask if they are going to give me my drink or if they have to remake it? A woman says "we tossed the other one out." I then wait and eventually receive my drink. I wait for someone with some sort of customer service to apologize for the error, nothing. I then say that I am shocked that no one even bothers to apologize for the error and causing me to have to drive all the way back to get my drink. They looked at me, again, as though I am speaking in tongues. I will not be spending one more dollar in this establishment. Read moreUnprofessional management accompanied with inadequate staff training! It is highly unprofessional to perform staff reviews or coaching conversations in a public space. The berating of valued staff left me discontent and further shows the lack of management skills. I have been coming here for over two years, in the last year this location has experienced a very high turnover, as a result there are continuous issues with making drinks consistently to the extreme of forgetting to add shots to an $8 drink or not substituting milk causing severe intestinal pain. Not to mention the terrible customer service from some staff and management when informing them of these issues. To ensure no confusion on this review these issues exist due to poor management, staff requires adequate training and support. I am here regularly and as a person who manages 150+ staff I am infuriated watching a handful of staff stand around doing nothing and unable to solve simple problems like refilling the labels for drinks while one or two seasoned staff members run around having to do everything.

Read moreThis location is very hit or miss. Mostly it’s absolutely terrible. There is no in between. Staff is mostly snappy and don’t follow directions on customizing drinks. It’s been brought to management and district managements attention with no improvements. When you get a notification from the app saying your pickup order is ready, you go in and get it right? Not here. I got the text, went inside and waited 25 MINUTES! I saw many people come in after me and get their drinks and many go through the drive thru. I kept asking when it would be done and got “yours is next” about 5 times. I finally get my 3 drinks and 2 are made completely wrong. All that time wasted. Another time I legitimately was told I ordered something that I didn’t. And the barista insisted on it, she said “everyone here agrees with me so we aren’t fixing it” My friend and I were appalled.
