This experience deserves negative stars 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 We’re only leaving 1 star because our delivery associate was so apologetic and sincere that we owe at least that.
Tonight at 5:45pm we placed an order to be delivered. It was a $40 order consisting of pizza, salad and dessert. At 6:15pm we received a call from Domino’s informing us that unfortunately they had no salad. Not ok. 2 people here were only eating salad. But whatever. We asked to trade the salad for something else. We were told we’d need to cancel our order and reorder our meal. However, before the call even ended the delivery associate was at our door with our pizza and dessert.
Ummmm…. What???? 😳 We were delivered half an order. And we were being told on the phone to cancel and reorder. We weren’t sure what to do. And the person delivering was apologetic saying that salads weren’t delivered like they should have been early in the day…, AGAIN… unmmm what???? They took salad orders when they fully knew there was no salad??? Ridiculous 😞
Yet we were still charged for the entire order, non existent salads and all. We called Domino’s and again they told us to cancel and reorder… Cancel and reorder??? Ridiculous. Why are we having to do all this work when Domino’s was who screwed up. And we are regular customers.
Instead we’re disputing the whole order with our bank. Had we known salad wasn’t available we’d ordered elsewhere. Also we’re contacting Dominos admin . Such a needless experience and all thumbs down...
Read moreI ate a Domino's pizza about 20 years ago and was not impressed. I had not ordered one again up until last week. Our HOA recently held a block pizza party & it was up to me to order the pizza. The day before the party I obtained four quotes from local pizza companies. Domino's crew member Andrew patiently gave us a quote for 10 different types of pizzas. Andrew's knowledge of Domino's pricing and specials was evident as he went to great lengths to make sure we could receive the best prices available. Domino's was not the least expensive, but it also was not the most expensive. I had heard that Domino's had made some changes over the years so decided to give them another try. On the day of our party I gave Andrew our order. I was a little nervous that we might have 40 homeowners standing around waiting for the pizza to arrive, or that the pizza, when it got there, would not be up to par. But my worry was for nothing. Our 10 pizzas arrived right on time, delivered by a very friendly Domino's driver. The pizzas were hot and tasted wonderful! (Andrew is right - the thin crust veggie pizza with chicken is VERY good!) Thank you Andrew, and thank you Domino's. We think you are a credit to our community and we're thankful...
Read moreI made an order in June of two Italian sandwiches extra cheese replace banana peppers with olives add heavy pizza sauce for delivery the price was under $16 then the other night I tried to make the EXACT SAME ORDER and they wanted almost 18 dollars I went through trying to figure out why the price had changed and they then told me it was because they decided to charge for the pizza sauce on the sandwiches however after going through my receipt box and I found up until that point they had never charged me for the pizza sauce on my sandwiches before and I decided not to order I called them back and spoke to a different person and they said the extra was for the delivery charge so I said how much is the delivery charge first he said $2 then he said $4 then I asked if I come in instead of getting delivery and he quoted me the exact same price I would pay on delivery I asked ok if I'm coming in why is it the same price as delivery he just started talking about how it's been decided that pizza sauce is an extra topping they are trying to bilk the customer out of extra money it's not worth it trust me when I say Johnny's pizza is better and you can get a large double pepperoni for $9 and they don't try to screw over...
