"Wow, have I not been to this place yet, I don't know why but normally I try Jack's or Chick Fil A when it comes to their chicken, this is on another level, the juicy crispy tenders are literally partners with the sauce and the cole slaw is something I would usually skip out on but it was actually pretty tasty! They have plenty of combos to choose from, I got the box and sandwich combo although you could always ask for just the tenders and sandwich with the sauce alone, haha, I would recommend this place to others."

So back at Raising Cane's once again and I think it's somewhat better than Zaxby's but kind of similar. I'm usually very generous with my reviews so I'm still giving it 5 stars but there are some obvious flaws. Firstly, the sauce, the cups are just way too small to dip your fries and chicken in and if you have two people get two box combos, it's not enough, probably even for one box in general. Secondly, the prices, it's quite a lot considering you get 4 pieces of chicken, fries, toast and cole slaw, 2 boxes came in at around 25 bucks plus a drink, which we got was sweet tea. (it was really good I will say) Coming back to this location to take photos and videos really gives people peace of mind knowing what they will come for, so is it really worth it? Yes, it absolutely is. 😇

Do keep in mind, you can order a 20oz cup of canes sauce in case you haven't gotten enough sauce, yes that's right the same size cups you use to drink your sodas and water, sweet tea, can be filled with sauce, which is bonkers! (didn't get it though...

What’s not to love about raising canes?! The chicken here is always, always so good! But, the main reason I am writing this review is for the staff and their great service. A huge shout of to the wonderful staff! From the moment you come in, you are greeted with enthusiasm and the cashiers are always patient and very polite and helpful. They go above and beyond what I would ever expect from any fast food restaurant and even better than a lot of sit down restaurants in the area. I also love that they are always helping with fund raisers for the community. It’s great to see places openly giving back! The restaurant and bathrooms are always very clean and well kept...

The customer service was absolutely horrible and when I asked to speak to a manager, a youngish man with an extremely cocky attitude told me he was a "team manager" or some such. Every time I tried to speak, he talked over me. Finally in frustration I told him I would just go somewhere else, his response was "Okay, go somewhere else, that's fine with us." The drive thru & inside are equally lacking in courtesy & customer service. Hey, Raising Cane's, Chick Fil A may be on the other side of town, but there's a reason people don't mind waiting in line & paying a little more. Maybe you could get their HR & PR persons in your stores to show 'em...
