I donât know whatâs going on with this place. Itâs going down hill more and more each time I come. It used to be a good food stop, but now the service is terrible. Last time I ordered a grilled double cheese burger added bacon, tomato, and mayo with no ketchup. I was given a regular one patty cheeseburger with ketchup⌠no bacon no tomato nor mayo. I brought it back and the manager Jay Malone fixed it. (I will say he was nice and fixed it fine). However I came back again today and paid for my food and drinks and one of my drinks did not come out with my food. I told the carhop and showed her where I paid for it on the receipt. She said ok. 10 minutes later no drink still. I pushed the button and told them and they said ok. 10 more minutes went byâŚ. No drink still. I pushed the button again they ignored me but finally brought my drink (the strawberry slush float) 5 minutes later asking did I forget to get my drink. I did NOT forget my drink. Clearly Iâve been sitting here waiting on it because yâall forgot it. I understand mistakes happen, but it shouldnât have took 25 minutes for me to get my drink and the staff should have been more concerned and accommodating since it was their mistake and not mine. Thatâs ridiculous. Iâm not sure who the manager was today, but thatâs terrible service.    Read moreI like sonic .I don't no what's going on with that night crew some of them are amazing and some of them need alot of help cause just staring at customers band putting them on hold and tell them u will be right back and 25 mins later everyone in parking lot gone and u was one of the first ones to pull up .is there a manager that works night shifts on weekends and during week just as s long as I was sitting there waiting on a door dash for only 3 milk shakes that I never got all of the new people who came and ordered left cause they never got there stuff .I dont get it .I am trying to make money just like them but they don't care this has happened over 6 times to me.    Read moreI plan to contact someone at headquarters about my experience at SonicđĄ It was that bad. We waited like 10 minutes for them to even take our order. They didn't take it right. They refused to listen when I told them that they missed a sandwich. We waited a long time for them to come and bring our food and take payment. We almost left and then wished that we had. So we waited for 20 minutes to get our card back and bring out the last milkshake. So I went to the building to investigate why they were not returning and also not responding when I pressed the button. I found all the workers arguing with strong language among themselves including the manager. The girl with my card yelled at me angrily that my card didn't work, then the manager tried and it worked the first time. I requested a refund and the manager got mad at me. A new girl was helpful and gave me a refund and tried to call the store manager, when I told her she should. All the workers went outside arguing and no one was working and customers were still waiting. My husband said it was unsafe and so we left. I never got my milkshake.
