My son wanted a shake on our way home last night so we stopped by and I went into the lobby to order since the drive thru line was backed up. I pressed their button to alert I was there. It took almost 10 minutes for anyone to come out and acknowledge I was there. I could see the employees in the back drinking and eating which I'm sure is against health code. All while making eye contact with me, with no one coming out to take my order. Some girl finally came out and took my order. We order ONE medium, strawberry cheesecake shake. While I sat in the lobby multiple people came in because they were waiting long amounts of time to get their order from the car hop. A door dasher came in and waited and waited for someone to help him. He finally got his order but was told he had to wait for the drinks. I'm sure the food got cold waiting. Another guy came in and waited 20 minutes to be waited on. Another man was shorted his tots in the drive thru. All the while, I was watching whom I'm assuming was a manager (blonde girl, thick rimmed glasses) running around like a chicken with her head cut off running in and out trying to fulfill order in the stalls and drive thru. The manager came out, apologizing saying I'd get my shake. Apologizing for the wait. My husband sitting outside in the car, noticed her hustle too, while all the other employees did I don't know what. She was the only one who seemed to be working. (She needs a raise). I don't know if she has trouble leading her crew or all those kids don't care. My mind was blown. It's insane to me that multiple people inside and out were waiting on their order, yet the employees inside were eating and drinking. My husband even called asking them what was going on and why we were waiting for long for 1 shake. The manager told him she had been on break and was trying to catch up. Read moreI placed a mobile order at 9:10 (meant to be ready at 9:18) and went to the mobile order stall and put the number in my app. I waited for 30 minutes while watching the drive through continuously move. I decided to go inside to see the status of my order to only find 5 other people having the same issue. They prioritized the drive through much more than the customers in the stalls. The staff wouldn’t even acknowledge the people in their lobby. And when they finally decided to “help” us, they weren’t much help.
They said they were short staffed but there were more than 5 people in the kitchen. There was at least 15 orders sitting on trays ready to be taken out that were not. People kept saying that they saw their order sitting there and the staff was very confused and very disorganized. The “manager” was NOT helpful and was very rude to everyone that was waiting.
After about another 30 minutes of waiting in the lobby, a very short, sweet woman (seemed to had just got there) walked out and was very helpful and friendly. She took care of our orders almost immediately. With her help, I got my food in less than 10 minutes. Turns out it had just been sitting there, got cold. She offered to remake and refund me the order. All together, not a good experience.
Every time I come to this location I am always waiting more than 10+ minutes for my food.
The management of this location needs to train their staff better, and find better ways to encourage them to work more...

We had made a purchase on the app on Aug. 23. After 30 minutes of waiting, I finally went inside to find out what was going on. A young man told me that they attend to the in person orders first and went back to check on my order. After another 5 minutes of waiting, I hit the call button in the lobby and no one would come out. I waited another minute and hit the call button again and I could see one guy look back at me and then went back to his order.
Now I just wanted to cancel the order and get a refund but there is no option on the app. I finally head back to my car to leave and a guy comes to serve another car their drink after they were only there a few 10 minutes. I told him we wanted to cancel our order as we had now waited 45 minutes for 4 drinks! He said he would take care of it.
I just checked our card for the week and see they did not refund it. While in there, you could see there was chaos going on in there. There were many trays with drink orders getting filled and they seemed to be filling them in a scattered fashion. It just seemed like the shakes were started to melt after a few minutes waiting there. However, I only saw one person come out throughout the entire time.
