Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Meridian

Spend a lot of money at this place, we love the thin crusts! Today I placed an order for what I thought was delivery. When our pizza never arrived I called the store to see if it went out yet. I mistakingly had chosen the pizza portal option and it was not being delivered. The pizza had been sitting for 23 minutes so I asked if it could be remade and they refused stating it was my own fault. While that very well may be true, I was told they waste pizzas after 30 minutes. Therefore by the time we reached the store to pick it up the pizza we got was not fresh. It’s just not decent customer service to refuse my request of fresh pizza when I’m a regular customer, my husband contemplated asking for a refund but we assumed they would refuse that as well and did not want to cause any issues. New edit september 2025. Against my better judgment I ordered from this location again and my ultimate supreme Detroit style pizza only had mushrooms sausage onion and green peppers on it and not much of those. It was mostly a cheese pizza. I will never ever order from the north hills little ceasers again, period. Between last time having hair fresh baked into the crust and this time being stingy with the toppings... Domino's is right across the street.

Well I have left good reviews in the past about this location. But tonight we got pizza from there and... hair freshly baked into the crust. See image. I ordered my food online around 6:15 PM, with a wait time expected to reach 6:45. It was only Thursday, so that was fine with me.

I didn’t leave till 7:20. All these other people were coming and going & all I had was one single slice & sticks pizza order with some dipping sauce. They said they made it wrong so they had to fix it, but I feel if you mess something up, that should be your top priority. Not the people who didn’t have to wait an hour for just one pizza. Plus there isn’t chairs in the lobby so I sat on a windowsill for an hour waiting on my food. The quality was good, but the back of house needs to get it together. No one should wait an hour for one single pizza on a Thursday when...
