Wendy's — Restaurant in Meridian

I had the best experience recently and wanted to share! With ordering for a family of 7, I will occasionally go inside a restaurant to order take out. I recently visited the lobby of this Wendy’s and it was so clean and neat. They even had fresh flowers as centerpieces on the tables. You can tell they take good care, even though the building isn’t recently renovated. The young girl who took my order looked at me in the eye, was efficient and kind, and provided great service. The manager could see I had a large order and offered a young male employee to help me carry everything out to my car. So kind! When we got home, everything in the order was correct. Provo! Hadn't had power in OVER 18 hours and the temperature had been in the teens SO as soon as we could get up the street, my friend and I headed to Wendy's. Neither of us had had ANYTHING HOT and we were really looking forward to some chili. Waited in a pretty long line (drive up) got our chili and headed home. Stopped by and ordered 8 various burgers and fries today, May 9, 2025. I live 4 miles from this location, when my family went to eat, all the food was as if it was taken out of refrigerator. I immediately returned to location and was given a negative attitude by the so called manager. After a few rounds of discussion, she supposedly gave us a new order. Once again upon arrival the bun and meat was even colder than the lettuce and tomato.
