Falafel is good but service is not. This place takes almost 30 minutes to serve an order, for a falafel sandwich. Also the workers were really rude, I was just waiting around and one female and male worker were just staring at me and laughing, don’t know what they thought was so funny.
The workers were not professional or friendly, when I came in they never greeted me or anything while they greeted another (white European) customer, which honestly feels a bit discriminatory. Every time I came in they didn’t take my order, but I see 15 minutes later them taking everyone else’s order. They were also laughing when there were other Asian clients here. Maybe support a business that isn’t racist.
They don’t take orders in person either, only through a very dirty screen which has finger prints everywhere. They need to clean this, it’s honestly really unsanitary. The layout is cramped and small, with the sauces all in one area in the back and a roll of paper towels.
They are really slow and need to improve their service and professionalism. The layout of the place is super awkward and small, sauces are all cramped up in one space and they don’t take orders in person, you have to order on the screen which is dirty and full of fingerprints.
Discriminatory against Asian customers. Slow service as...
Read moreI was recommended this spot for a chicken bowl, and vegan fafeel, due to my current dietary restrictions. However, I was full and so my wife picked up the chicken bowl. At first I was really skeptical about this place. I even verbally out loud swayed my wife away from this place in front of Marvin. However, Marvin was not bother by my comments nor what happened. Infact! He was super kind and understood where i was coming from. He suggested some other things on the menu but my wife decided to take the chicken bowel. In her own words “this is probably one of the most fresh and tasteful chicken/sauces”. I was quite impressed with her words since she doesn’t comment too much about food. What I did enjoy about this place was the portions, Marvin himself for being so patient and understanding. Also I love how you have a variety of sauces to choose from and take home with you on the go, without the need of asking, it’s just placed where customers can get themselves. We decided to eat outside that is when Marvin again surprised me and started a conversation with us while there wasn’t any rush and was super kind. Definitely coming here again. I live 40mins away and there are closer fades inc near me but I’ll be going here...
Read moreUnbeatable Value and the Unforgettable Chicken Fattoush Falafel Inc. consistently delivers incredible value, proving that delicious, high-quality Mediterranean food doesn't have to break the bank. Their affordable prices are a huge draw, but my latest visit to the Mosaic District location introduced me to something truly special that deserves every single one of these five stars: their new limited-time Chicken Fattoush salad. This salad is an absolute masterpiece of fresh ingredients and complex flavors. It starts with perfectly seasoned marinated chicken that is tender and succulent, paired with the crispness of cucumber and radish, and a brilliant, unexpected pop of tartness from sliced Granny Smith apple. What truly elevates this dish is the creamy, lightly sweet honey labaneh dressing and their proprietary, intensely flavorful house-made dressing. A critical note for fans: this unique, seasonal culinary combination—especially the specialty dressings—can only be found at the Mosaic District location. If you are nearby, do yourself a favor and try this limited-time item. It's a culinary highlight that perfectly encapsulates Falafel Inc.'s commitment to quality and...
