Culver’s — Restaurant in Merrill

Oh. My.Goodness!! This was my first time going inside this Culver’s as I normally go through the drive-thru. This Culver’s is GORGEOUS on the inside!! It is so aesthetically pleasing with the decorative touches and the 2-sided fireplace, TVs, and little nooks to sit for privacy. I have been in hotels with breakfast areas that are far less pleasing than this! It certainly didn’t feel like I was sitting in a fast food restaurant at all. The service was fast and pleasant. All areas were clean and the workers were well-groomed for the most part. I just couldn’t get over how fantastic the layout and decor was of this Culver’s. It is easy access to HWY 39 also. I stopped here after attending a concert, but I wish our Culver’s around me were as inviting as this one!! BRAVO to the interior designers, landscapers, cooks, servers, managers…. This is THE BEST Culver’s I’ve ever been to by far!!!! I just can’t say enough good things about...

The visit started with 5 stars the order taker at the indoor counter was very pleasant and personable. However we had to wait for our order a long length of time. We stood and watched people who came and order after us receive their food order before us. It wasn't until I said to a staff person that we were still waiting for our food that the lead or manager who was bagging food decided he would bag our order. He then gave it to a staff person and said "just apologize to them for the wait." An apology can be appropriate but not when it is given without any concern for the wrong you have done. The apology was offered but the leader didn't give a darn about us waiting so long for our order. The customer service from the lead was horrible. He was there to show the team how to serve customers well. He failed when it came to...

Wow! I'm new to Merrill and a driver for a local company. I guess I should have come to Culver's for that first impression of Merrill cust service!! I've only tried that God awful excuse of a restaurant taco B/KFC. Which apparently never has food. I almost fell over when the cashier was nice and professional, and ...here's the amazing part; I got exactly what I ordered the first time, hot and fresh!!! You folks are AWESOME!! and you will get ALL my business, when I need a quick meal!! Word of mouth is everything amongst truck drivers. I am spreading the word! Go to Culvers!! Pretend that so called restaurant on the corner from our terminal does not exist and just go to Culvers!! Thank you for feeding a hungry driver and making me smile...
