Los Mezcales — Restaurant in Merrill

This restaurant was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever experienced. My girlfriend called to order us takeout and the guy who answered was so rude. When he answered he didn't even say anything so she didn't even know if they answered. Then, when she said hello to see if anyone was there, he laughed and said "Yeah?". Then, once she was telling him our order, he kept rushing her like all he wanted to do is be done with her. While she was telling him what I wanted, he kept saying we don't have that or screamed which burrito at her but I've been their multiple times before and they have never had an issue of making what I want before. After that, we thought well maybe he's just having a bad day. But, then, I go in to get the order, everything is fine, I pay. Then, I get out to the car and my girlfriend was like check the food to make sure everything looks right and is correct. I looked in there and they gave her all the stuff she didn't ask for as well as not even putting my food in there all. We then realized that they only charged us for her food and not mine so basically the guy just didn't want to deal with the food I wanted because he couldn't understand it. Which in my opinion is so rude when all he had to do was ask someone for help on what we wanted in our order. After that, I just decided that I'd get food from somewhere else. Then, once we got home, my girlfriend ate some of her food and she said it was gross. The cheese was watery and the chicken had no flavor at all. So, we went through all that trouble to not get half our order and for the other half to be disgusting. After this, they will not be taking any more of our money again. The food honestly isn't even worth the amount you pay here and the El Mezcales in Wausau is way better for less money. For now on, we will take our business to Wausau where the owner is always smiling and nice and doesn't make people feel...

I normally don't do this. But ordered food to go after a long work week. Got the chili rinos, they were good, but then I got to the salsa. It was like they took canned tomato no flavor at all Salsa, and put it in my cup. So I call him up and ask if I can get some cilantro and onions, they're like, yeah, which I had a walk quarter a mile back to the restaurant. And they charged me for it. Then was puting peper in it at a table and was harassed by a bald waiter would not or could not give his name .being from texas maybe my expectations are too high. We haven't been here in quite a while and decided to take my mother out to dinner. It was exactly what I expected. Great customer service from entering the building to paying the bill. We were seated right away, and it wasn't long before we had our drinks and our dinner. We were checked on several times to make sure everything was good. They always have great decor. It was nice to see.They had it decorated for the season. The people that own and run this place a real examples of giving back to the community business owners. We are lucky to have them and business...
