Heav'nly Donuts — Restaurant in Merrimack

Coffee first thing in the morning is a regular practice for me. This morning my coffee pot died so I stopped at Heav'nly before hopping on 3 South. The employee behind the counter was putting out fresh muffins and I asked for a pistachio muffin with a large coffee black. He told me the coffee wasn't ready yet because they open at 5am (it was 4am) but that if I waited a couple minutes he would make me a fresh pot. I told him not to bother and that I would stop somewhere else. He insisted. Within minutes I was back in my car with a delicious muffin and hot coffee. Awesome bagels, sandwiches and donuts. Cold brew is pretty good but could be a bit stronger. Most employees are pretty cordial. However, I go on Wednesday mornings and whoever works the drive thru is absolutely miserable. It's really a bummer to have the first person you interact with be so grumpy. I'm hoping he finds a job he enjoys more and maybe they put someone a little more cheerful on...

The associate working drive thru was barely attentive. I had to ask if I was all set to drive up? I told her the name for the online order and her response was “I can do that”, ok cool am I good to drive up??? Ordered the barnyard on everything bagel, and the bagel was soggy and the bread stuck to my teeth?! I won’t be back. Nice first...
