Subway — Restaurant in Merrimack

This is my first bad experience in New Hampshire and only bad post. The Owner of this restaurant treated me in a way that Was very unexpected. I placed my order, a personal cheese pizza and a teriyaki chicken 6 inch. Proceeded to my topping then got ready to pay. "The Owner" rung me up. I asked for 2 cookies and decided I wanted a meal. I said, " I would like a meal with my 6 inch". He said "okay pick a cup". I did. I paid, he walked away and I put my order on the table. Fixed my drink, went to get chips and was SHOUTED at in front of other customers saying I did not pay for chips. I said "well I asked for the meal". Owner said I paid for cookies. I Asked "did I pay for cup because thats when I asked for meal". He said I paid for cookies and cup. I said cool. Keep the chips. The others customers at this point offered to pay for the chips. I will not go back to this place. I feel "the Owner" could have handled differently if he felt I did not pay for the sticken chips. I asked for his name before I left and he just said. "Im The...

Some Indian guy, apparently the manager of this establishment, is a supremely disrespectful individual. I came in to use the restroom and was going to buy something afterwards because, you know, it's very impolite to mooch someone else's restroom. I expect it's for customers only so I always make myself a customer. I do this at Subways all the time because the food is good and the bathrooms are single occupant, which is necessary for my line of work as it involves the carrying of a firearm.

The dude starts REEMING OUT the employee who allowed me, and then tried scolding me afterwards. I'm an armored truck driver for crying out loud. I gotta go where I gotta go, and out of respect, I always buy something or else I'm the one being rude.

I wrote a review on the subway website about this place. The owner responded with some canned response and never offered to fix or make anything right. This is what I wrote: "This is the 2nd time I've been to this particular Subway. Both times I've been disappointed. This time both sandwiches hardly contained any meat or toppings. The employee behind the counter was very nice I have no complaint about him, very professional. It seems like the owner must have put something in place so that basically nothing much goes into the sandwich and all you really get is a footlong piece of bread and that's all you can taste. I'll never return to this store. As you can see I've ordered from other Subway restaurants and all of the others are so much better...
