I learned of Bread Brothers from a coworker. At first I thought the pricing was a little high but decided to give it go. I was hooked! Seasonal fruit and vegetables are perfect! They're always fresh, perfectly ripe and delicious. The food they prepare is amazing. They make a chocolate croissant to die for! The pulled pork and coleslaw we had for Memorial Day was devoured! They're hamburger buns are hands down the best I have ever eaten. These bad boys held up to all the juiciness we threw at it. It absorbed all the flavor from the pulled pork and the coleslaw and never became soggy. Bite after bite was perfect! Their cheesecake is amazing. Mother's Day was no exception. They're lasagna was excellent. When you pick up your order, they are nothing short of professional. If it is supposed to be hot, it's hot and fresh out of the oven. They always have menus and pricing available for the next upcoming holiday. When I picked my order up for mother's Day they had beautifully appointed menus for both Father's Day and Memorial Day. Customer Service is paramount for them. Once you're in, you're cared for like family. You'll get texts prior to upcoming holidays with specials. They always throw a little gift in or give you an opportunity to receive a discount. For memorial Day we got free pancake batter! They even remembered my birthday and sent me a birthday card with $20 to use toward my next purchase. They are truly thoughtful. They truly put a tremendous amount of love and care in everything they do including the way they treat their customers. You are not going to find customer service like this anywhere else. A lovely bakery! The service is pretty much what won me over before I even bought something. I called one morning I believe they weren't open yet so there was no answer. I just hung up, then maybe 15 minutes later I receive an actual call back! I hadn't left a voicemail or anything but Alex called me back and that honestly blew me away. If you call any store right now how many of them would you say would actually even bother to call you back? I can't think of one. Anywho I ordered some hot dog buns, good lord were they amazing like gosh I ate one just by itself warmed up (I love carbs lol) and the rest were a hit with my family. I will say you pay for your item when you order it and then pickup is typically a few days later so, If you want something sameday this may not be what your looking for, however they do give you their baking schedule so you can order things ahead of time if you are planning an event. Some things are a little pricey but I just put that down to the quality of the items I've not been disappointed in anything I've received yet. I just tried their toffee apple pie and that will change your life lol, it was beautiful and soooo so tasty not heavy at all. I hear they are doing quite the pie bonanza for March 14th so if y'all wanted to try a few different flavors that would be the big day!!
