The only reason this place gets a 1 star is because there is no zero star option... I went through the drive through on June 8th ( my birthday might I add) and ordered 2 King Jr meals. That is what they call thier kids meals. I asked for.both to be chicken nuggets and I wanted apple juice for the drink. The employee taking my order asked what size and what sauce I wanted which was a bit wierd I thought...but I answered anyways. Then I get to window and another employee starts handing me out 1 juice after I pay a little over $12 then hands me 1 bag and said have a nice day... I look in bag confused and found 2 bacon King Jr whoppers and a fry....not my order. I look at receipt and my order is not even the correct order. I explain my situation to employee at window. He turns and asked another employee ( who turns out to be the manager who took my order to behin with) and she automatically says " no, that's what she ordered!" He then comes back to the window and he said he is so sorry and would bring me out correct order if I pull forward. I asked if he wanted the food he had handed me back and he said no, keep it. I waited for about 10min in front of restaurant for the exact same employee to come walking out, empty handed, and ask me if I intended on pulling around and paying for my food? I told him I was confused because I had already paid, in fact I had over paid for 2 kids meals, however I was willing to overlook the overpayment because I had the 2 whoppers now as well. He said I would need to come inside and talk to manager to reorder my food and repay. I asked him if the person whom took my order was the manager and he said yes so I asked how is anything going to change with the manager already saying she isn't going to do anything about it through the drive through window.... He just shrugged his shoulders and walked away! I was furious!! I will be calling the corporate office on the "manager" Summer and her...

We order a couple items then say we have a coupon for .... the girl cuts us off saying all I need is the coupon code. Us -Ok great that makes it easy but can you please substitute.....BK worker interrupts again - no Iām not substituting anything for you. Itās my companyās policy and Iām the manager so itās not going to happen. Us-thatās weird we do this all the time, is this new that we can no longer do that? Bk - Iāve been here a year and we donāt do that so is there anything else you want? Us- Iām not sure if your getting an attitude with us because we asked a ....... Bk- I donāt have an attitude do you want anything else? Us- I would like to contact your general manager about this experience..... he will be here tomorrow morning at 9am. Ā Ā Ā Read moreWhen given the order they were unable to repeat it back correctly. We corrected the order at the order box and pulled up to the window when requested. After receiving our drinks and paying for our order we were told to pull up to a parking spot and wait. Less then a minute later our food was brought out to us. The order was incomplete so we pulled back into the drive thru to get the rest of our order. We were told that they could not help us in the drive thru and we needed to come inside. (The point of us using the drive thru was to expedite our visit by this time we should have just gone elsewhere) When we came in to get the rest of our order they had us pay for the missing items. We were still in a hurry and the additional charges were less then 4$ so we paid it and went on our way. Looking back on this experience we are going to start of making better choices and go elsewhere.
