Salad and Go — Restaurant in Mesa

After placing an order online and paying ahead of time I arrived at this location with my grandchildren to pick up my daughters order. The drive through lanes are completely unsafe and inconvenient, as well as it is getting into this location from the cross streets.There is no easy access to this location from ither S. Signal Butte or Guadalupe. Upon going through the drive through and trying to navigate the sharp turn the concrete was jutted out at the turn and my tire struck the concrete and immediately punctured and blew my tire. Then on top of that I had to pull through with a completely flat tire. I parked to call my roadside assistance. Then proceeded on foot to the drive through window to get the managers name and phone # only to be met with girls who not only showed no care or concern for my situation but were rude and not helpful at all. After waiting 10 minutes they asked me to go around to the walk up window where I waited another 15 or so minutes while having them look at me through the window and never came over to assist me. To add to the already frustrating situation my daughter comes to pick up the food order, as I was still waiting for roadside assistant, just to find out the order was not as requested which was NOT gluten free as requested. It was very apparent that I probably wasn't the first to experience this as this section of the drive through curb is completely black from everyone's tires hitting this curb trying to navigate the drive through. I DO NOT RECOMMEND NOR WILL I PURCHASE FROM ANY SALAD AND GO AGAIN. THE FOOD IS NOT WORTH THE HORRIBLE...

I've been to this location about 5 times since they opened. 1st and 2nd visit was great. 3rd visit, they forgot the avocado on my BBQ Ranch chicken salad. 4th visit, they forgot the egg on my son's Cobb salad. Today... my daughter's BBQ ranch chicken was NO Pico extra corn. She got EXTRA Pico, NO CORN! The first 2 mistakes I didn't go back because I was already home. This time I was across the street and went back. I always order a Cobb, or BBQ Ranch chicken salad, and then customize it, to my liking. Today, the drive thru employee suggested we order a build your own. Then the employee at the walk up window who re-made my daughter's salad also suggested it. Stating it's less complicated. NEWS FLASH! It doesn't matter which way I order a salad, it should be made correctly EVERY TIME! The ingredients left out were base ingredients. It's called paying attention to detail. This coming from a Food/Customer service manager myself, of over 20 years! I feel better training is needed to improve...

Horrible Customer Service at this location. The workers are very rude and unprofessional at this location. The mobile orders here are almost never on time which is unusual for this franchise. The orders are typically wrong. And on two separate occasions two of my family members have gotten food poisoning after eating at this particular location. I’ve frequented this place since its opening and the attitudes and professionalism here are nonexistent. Save yourself a bad experience and drive up to the Crismon Location where they do it right like every other Salad and Go I’ve been to. Today was the last time this location gets my money after butchering my mobile order and being rude about it. It was the manager who was rude this last time. Good riddance.
